I am placing the daughters + brother here for me honestly but also a reminder, I guess.
Nishi Yotsutsuji daughters.
The first daughter is Asahi (朝日)(Morning sun)
The second daughter is Mahiru (真昼)(Mid day)
third daughter named Yuudachi(夕立)(Evening Shower)Protagonist.(Yuu-chan)
The fourth daughter is Yoru.(夜留)(Night)
The older brother Souji.(奏時) Btw she is always using (私) from now on.
I don't even know why I keep these still here.I know them by heart now I am sure you do too.But whatever.It feels empty without it.

Apparently the souvenir my father gave me was a mask from Bali.It was a unique little mask.My mother soon called out to me and took the mask and gave me a can of cookies in there place.
. . . . Though really why would you buy that for somebody?This is like my section chief I had in my previous life.When he went on a trip he would bring back local strange figurines as souvenirs and give them out to employees.
Honestly when I received those gifts all it did was bring me trouble.I didn't know what to do with them or place them.And now I am just remembering the frustration of him getting vacation and us not.
Well regardless I never thought that my father was the same kind of person as my past section chief.
Though really.Those souvenirs are garbage. . .No wonder my mother freaked out and gave me a real gift.
What would have happened if I gave that present ? I can already imagine the confusion and horrible scenario.
I am sure I would have been that weird friend and they would have distance themselves from me.
Well now with the souvenir situation solved I'll deal with Asahi and them.
They'll surely be waiting in my room.
"Hmm? . . .Is nobody here? Hey Asahi? Mahiru? Yoru? . . ."
However my room was empty.There was no trace of them.I checked the closet under the bed but there was nobody there. There is no other place for them to be hiding so I guess they aren't here.
I wonder where they went, maybe they went out to play.
". . .Well that's fine."
I'll just not question such a gift.
With those three gone.There is only one thing to do.Relax.
I quickly closed the door,put my headphones on and jumped into the bed.
Knock* Knock *
I was hearing faint pounding at my door.I could hear it much louder at the end of the song playing.
"Ah. Hello?. . . ."
I looked up at a wall clock and saw that it was seven O'clock,dinner time.I quickly ended the song, took my headphones off and got up.
I guess they came to get me.I can now hear more clearly Mahiru's voice asking for me.
I quickly ran and unlocked the door to an upset Mahiru.
"My bad. I was listening to music that I didn't. . . recognize. . . .Y-you. . "
"How does it look?"
Her black hair has been shortened to shoulder length.
She changed her hair.
"Oh! It suits you.Though you cut a lot off. . .Is mom alright with this?"
"My friends said it’s hard to tell us apart and if we got different haircuts it would be easier~. Aschan and Yoru-chan also cut their hair."
I lightly brushed my long hair that reaches my back.
Mother always said "girls have long hair"! And because of that all of us had to have long hair to not upset our mother. But Mahiru has a bob cut hairstyle.Did she finally lift her ban on hair cuts?
If even by a little I'd be really happy.
Long hair is really a pain to wash.There are so many step.
I also want to have a hair cut like Mahiru.
"Let me cut my hair to that length as well."
"Oh,Mother said that Yuu-chan couldn't cut her hair.
"W-what? Why?"
"She said because Yuu-chan lacks girliness."
Im about to cry.
I lack girliness?How do I get that? Is not being a girl enough? I mean how do you become more of a girl if you are already a girl?Is it possible that I am not considered a geunion girl? Well because of my past life experience I don't know if I could acquire it.
That long life.Well I already grown used to it.( 一生ロングかー。まっ、いいや。もう慣れてきたし.)(TN:just wanna make sure.)
Once I reached the dining room,my family was already lined up.
"Sorry,I was tired so I fell asleep."
I can't just say I was late because I was listening to music and relaxing.I feel like with this white lie they would just laugh and gloss over it.
". . . Liar."
While smiling at me Mahiru whispered that to me.It can't be helped though.I don't want you to be mad at me.
"Yuu look!"
Once dinner ended and I returned to my room.All of my sisters came rushing in.
Yoru rushed over and spun around.Showing off her hair.
Yoru's hair was semi long.
There was a small wave to her bangs, it has that somewhat high-caliber lady feel to it.It fits Yoru's aloof atmosphere.
"Yuu-chan, how about me?"
On the other hand Asahi's hair length is the same but its arrange in a ponytail.Has that sports girl feel to it which fits her.
"They both suit you. . . .But why did you guys decide to change your hairstyle?"
"It's because we rely on Yuu-chan too much.So us getting new haircuts would mean us being independent from each other,instead of having all the same haircut."
Mahiru answered my question and then continued.
"We can't be just always relying on Yuu-chan,if we did we'd just become useless.So I suggestion for them to get a haircut so they can't just depend on you for swapping when they have a problem.Because if we just had the same haircut it would just happen again."
I was moved by her words.
Mahiru and them are separating from me.
I do feel lonely but my happiness overwhelms that feeling.
I felt some uneasiness coming from Mahiru for awhile.I guess it was because something like this was stirring.
". . .Mahiru,thank you."
"Wait a second,Yuu-chan!!?"
I was overcome with emotions.I felt like I was sending out a child.My eyes got hot and I hugged Mahiru to try and conceal it.
After awhile as I was immersed in my feelings I felt a tap on my shoulder.
When i turned around I saw Asahi and Yoru smiling at me.
". . .Well now.How about you tell us what happened Yuu!"
"That's right Yuu-chan."
My feelings of joy instantly went to fear.
Hiya. Look at that character development. Well now that swapping is out of the question I would guess that the story will now start focusing more on Yuu’s own school life.Which would be interesting to see as we don’t know that much. I also feel like I am messing up the titles but I kinda don’t feel that bad about it cause usually the titles are just spoilers.
Next chapter in 2-4 days.I haven’t looked at the length yet. One sec. . . .Okay I looked.It’s fairly short so probably 2 days.
