Luocheng had equipped primarily penetration runes together with his Summoner Mastery which gave him another 6% in armor penetration . Adding on the armor penetration from The Brutalizer of about 15, all of it would add up to about 30 points of physical penetration . Fizz’s armor at Level 5 was only about fifty, the reduction in damage wasn’t high .

Luocheng wasn’t in a hurry at all, and he firstly pretended to continue farming .
Fizz was a champion that once he was suppressed, he would be practically useless because his farming methods were all melee .
Seeing Fizz about to take a last hit on that minion, Luocheng’s Talon suddenly shot out a W-skill to initiate a fight, the volley of daggers flying toward Fizz!
Fizz was obviously not prepared for it and he was hit by two of the three daggers, the slow effect also landing on him .
At this time, Talon also stepped forward and his cloak flickered . The champion seemed to burst into nothing, turning into a ring of infinite blades!
The cold light glinted on the blades, each piece sharp enough that it could easily slice through blood vessels . The blades had appeared the moment Talon disappeared into his surroundings, scattered and floating in the air, forming an array!
As the blades spread out, each of them sliced through The Tidal Trickster and the blood sprayed out magnificently, presenting a shocking display!
When Lin Ming saw Talon unleashing his ulti directly on him, his face morphed into panic . He needed to hurry and press his E-skill to avoid the massive damage that Talon was going to deal on him .
But how could Luocheng give him the chance to do so?

Talon, who was still in stealth, appeared suddenly behind Fizz, digging the blade harshly into Fizz’s neck . At that moment, you could almost see Talon’s mouth which was curved into a cold smirk beneath his hood!
And those blades, glittering and floating in the air, as though hearing a call, flew swiftly toward Talon . The moment Talon used his E-skill to blink and stab Fizz from behind, the blades converged at his location, slicing through Fizz in passing and it looked horrifying and terrible!

As the blades pierced through Fizz, Talon had also raised the giant blade in his hands and pierced Fizz, dealing a massive amount of damage!
The entire process was gorgeously dazzling, and the people who were watching were also stunned . More importantly, the entire combo had been carried out in just 1 second .
When the blades were all returned and once again hidden on Talon’s body, Fizz, who previously had four-fifths of his health left, was instantly killed!
By right, Fizz’s E-skill would have been enough to avoid most of the damage from Talon, but unfortunately, Lin Ming hadn’t even had the time to press his E before he had been instantly killed!

“What the h*ll!” Lin Ming cursed loudly .
“There’s something wrong with the f*cking keyboard! I’ve been pressing the E key all the time but it didn’t come out, what the f*ck!” Lin Ming roared violently .
“Calm down a little, wait for me to help you gank later!” Sun Qiusheng, the Jungler, said .
“Lin Ming, stable a bit!” Xiao Bin said .
“D*mn, it must have been stuck, otherwise, why didn’t my E-skill come out!” Lin Ming shouted .
Huang Mi, who was standing behind the station and watching the entire scene unfold, said nothing as he tried not to laugh too hard . He already felt that Lin Ming was a joke on Fizz, and he didn’t even realize that Talon’s E-skill had the effect of Silence . The other side had unleashed their combo with such speed, all in just 1 second, even if you had your E-skill, what use was it? Really, what an idiot that couldn’t be saved!
“Lin Ming, be careful . This Talon seems to be quite good . ” Xiao Bin said carefully .
Although Xiao Bin’s strength was not quite at a Diamond level, Talon was still a champion that he had played before in the public beta environment . Talon’s combos were very cool, but to truly bring out the highest damage with it, you needed to have quite a bit of skill .
This Talon had not done the regular thing by sending an E-skill first, and then a QW-combo before his ulti . Instead, he had used the other cooler combo, the WRE-combo in sequence which enabled the highest amount of damage possible to be unleashed!
First, using his W-skill to slow Fizz, and once Fizz had been slowed, it would automatically trigger Talon’s passive, which gave an additional 10% damage on Talon’s basic attacks .
Then, he followed up immediately using his Ultimate, with the blades that swept outward, hitting Fizz . And just as Fizz was going to react by using his Playful to avoid the attack, Talon unleashed his E-skill which then Silenced Fizz . The recast of his ulti then dealt the massive damage, finally ending it with an auto-attack and a Q-skill!
In actuality, it was difficult for Talon to directly kill another champion who was almost at max health with his combo . To render Lin Ming unable to react at all, the key was in the sequence of his attacks . Not only was the damage high, the speed and accuracy was all done in 1 second!
“I know, I know! Wait until I’m Level 6, I’ll wreck him!” Lin Ming said impatiently .
After taking the kill, Luocheng pushed the wave forward . Once the wave reached the turret, he turned back and walked toward the top lane through the opening above the river .
Luocheng’s team was on the blue side which was the bottom side of the map . There was a trick to helping other lanes when you were the Mid, that was, after pushing your lane wave toward the enemies’ turret, walk along the edge on the left side of the lane . If there were no wards in this area, the enemy would have no way to see that you were already walking toward the top lane .
With this same logic, for the red side which was the top side of the map, their Top could also use this path to head toward the bottom lane to gank because average players would usually plant a ward in the river, and not in that area…

Luocheng had finished his kill and pushed his wave, now, he had the feeling of having nothing to do .

He immediately used his E-skill to blink to the back of Riven!
One auto-attack, one Q-skill, running onto the path that Riven would retreat to, stabbing his dagger onto her head… Up to the point where his range couldn’t reach, Luocheng used his W-skill to slow her down .
Xiaoyun’s face was full of excitement, pouncing forward to land the last hit on Riven .
The problem was, don’t you see who you are trying to kill-steal from?
Luocheng purposely paused in his basic attack, letting Renekton land the hit that wouldn’t kill Riven before landing his own attack!
Riven let out a strangled scream!
Luocheng happily received the 300 gold .
This was his second kill, and since he didn’t have much mana left, Luocheng chose to return to base .
For his second item, Luocheng decided to buy Boots of Mobility which cost 800 gold .
Talon was a champion that relied heavily on the Boots of Mobility because it was the fundamental element of his roaming!
Quickly returning to lane, Fizz, who was still at Level 5, was obediently pushing the wave over . Although Luocheng had roamed before returning to the lane, he hadn’t lost out on much gold at all .
A Level 7 Talon against a Level 5 Fizz was similar to a giant against a dwarf .
Finally, finally, after taking another wave, Fizz was finally at Level 6 .
Lin Ming barely had any time to be happy and immediately turned bitter because Luocheng’s Talon had just reached Level 8!
Under normal circumstances, at this time, the Mid champions would usually be at Level 6 or almost Level 7 . However, Luocheng had already taken two kills and adding on the half of the minion wave from the top lane, he hadn’t lost out on much experience when he had roamed . A Level 8 Talon was basically a nightmare for Fizz even if that said Talon had spent 800 gold on a Boots of Mobility which didn’t add anything to his damage .
Luocheng continued to push the lane with a blue buff on him, his W-skill could easily dispose of the ranged minions at the back .
After taking a glance at both the side lanes and deeming that it was not a suitable time to gank, Luocheng put his focus back on his lane to Fizz, wanting to see if he could get another kill on him .
The minions were pushed forward, and using a W-skill to clear the rest, Fizz was resolutely standing beneath the turret, not letting Luocheng have the chance to kill him .
“Just f*cking come over!” Lin Ming shouted at his Jungler .
Lee Sin had been approaching Luocheng from another angle and his skills on hand were ready to be unleashed .
“Go, go, kill him!” Lin Ming shouted .
With Lee Sin from behind and Fizz in front, the two had surrounded Talon and were approaching him .
Luocheng was daring, and even though he saw that Elise was still quite a way off, he wasn’t the least bit panicked, walking downward calmly .
Fizz was anxious . Upon realizing that there was too much distance, he used his E-skill to close it, and just as he was about 400 yards away from Luocheng, he launched his ulti .
“Shark!”
A small shark flew from Fizz’s webbed hands, right toward Luocheng .
With this distance, it was impossible to avoid it .
“Flash, Flash!” Wang Qin shouted anxiously .
He was still some distance away from Luocheng and he wouldn’t make it in time!
Under normal circumstances, most people would choose to Flash when they were surrounded, otherwise, with those two champions’ damage, adding on Lee Sin’s E-skill which could grant sight and see through his stealth, Luocheng had nowhere to run!
However, Luocheng didn’t do any of those .
Watching the small shark that was about to land on him, Talon suddenly disappeared from his spot, appearing right behind Fizz!
Cutthroat!
Like a leaf, but as sharp as a blade!
Rake!
A glint of cold steel flashed by!
Shadow Assault!
The countless blades scattered, turning into an array, and with a gorgeous sweep of his cloak, the blades that had pierced the enemies once, once again swept through Fizz as it returned to its owner!
And so, you could see Fizz’s health dwindling down to that little bit left .
Following that, Luocheng didn’t even bother to look back, turning around to leave the area . Fizz was dead, because there was an Ignite still burning away on him!
“Ah!”
A strangled scream, and Fizz had already fallen to the ground .
As for the Lee Sin who had come to gank, he stood next to the turret . He had seen Talon using his E-skill to beautifully dodge Fizz’s ulti which had been thrown, following that up with a flurry of blades and shadows that had flashed in front of him, and ultimately, the latter had turned Fizz into a fish fillet!
