Chapter 41 – Contest of the Red Robe Head Priest"A 2~5 shield in only six hours?"
Ao Li Quan Ya exclaimed in shock, especially since this was Ya Se's first time Spirit Engraving.
This person's Engraving Knife was also only formed a few days ago.

The two plain grade Engraving Masters looked at Ya Se with eyes of worship. They were very clear about this situation, and as long as Ya Se showed some mercy and favour perhaps it was possible that they could learn the same techniques; even if it was just a pointer or two, it would be worthwhile.
Zou Liang knew that this situation would result in some commotion, yet deep down he did not care. This was just something that needed to be accomplished and he found it hard to feel pleased just for that.

A few cities' Head Priests opened their mouths one after another to fight for the Red-Robed Head Priest position. The cities had already formed alliances beforehand, and even though there were only seven Head Priests with a meaningful ability to win, every city was given a ticket to make their voice head. Even everyday connections and friendships had to be used and considered according to each person's status.
"That is true. Lord Pope wants to see realistic results, so pack up all of those false, impractical ones.
Sibalu unenthusiastically said.
Sibalu knew that all of these people were mocking Tuo Ma Si since he had been an arrogant fellow in his youth, and even though Sibalu was formerly his teacher, he could not cover for Tuo Ma Si; as a Shaman he still needed to please the masses and could only feel sorry for him. In those years he had supported Tuo Ma Si hoping that he could make some accomplishments in Spirit Engraving, but unfortunately he had still not broken through the bronze grade threshold. If only Tuo Ma Si could become a silver grade Engraving Master, then he'd have a good bargaining chip; The Pope valued Spirit Engraving quite heavily.
Tuo Ma Si had only been a Head Priest for a short five years now, yet his positive characteristics were only slightly worse than the others. It was because of this that Sibalu cared for this disciple of his so much.
