Although Lelena got equipped with an iron breastplate, there’s a cut from her left shoulder to her chest. Isn’t that a lethal wound? If our level did not immediately went up, it’s possible that she might have been dead.
The two of them should buy their armor again once we returned to town. The monster core we obtained from the Dragon Fang Warrior shined in green. Since its from a high level enemy, it’s likely that it would fetch a high price.
Next, I tried the power of the Flame Magic Level 2. I began shooting the flame ball normally, but it seems to have double the power, and it seems like I can use another type.
Although the size of the fireball is as big as a soccer ball, it only exploded without scattering any flame.when I try experimenting by shooting it to the ground, a big explosion occurred destroying the surrounding rock wall, creating a small crater on the ground. This looks like it will be effective on enemy with hard armor.

When I carefully sneak in to peep at the status of the enemy, I was able to see many goblins with huge bodies. There’s also goblins holding a cane among them.
“They’re Hobgoblins and Goblin Shaman.”
Amyl tells me that in a low whisper. I see, it’s like that huh? It must be the high rank goblins. Will the shaman be able to summon anything?
“Something’s not right. Although usually they could summon the spirit of the dead and deploy them, it seems that they’re able to summon a strong demon too. We can’t be careless here.”

That’s right. Let’s attack with my best effort right from the start without being careless. I’ll let you test the new explosion magic I just learned. I work out an image where it would hit the ground at the center of the goblins. The goblins suddenly began making a commotion, did they sensed our presence?
I jump out of the cover, shooting the magic as well as preparing my shield. A ball of light flew at high speed and the the ground at the center of the goblins. When the air shook, an explosion roars and the shock wave scattered to the surroundings. Pieces of the goblin’s hands and feet flew around, while the enemy reactions decrease one after another.
We readied our weapons and charge forward. Although there’s still half of the enemies left, the one that survived were injured so there’s no way we would lose.
I dash forwards and cut off the neck of one Hobgoblin’s head. Amyl chops off the arm of the Hobgoblin that tried to attack me, and I slashed its stomach, killing it.when I move my eyes to find the next target, an arrow sticks to the head of a goblin between the eyes. You can do it, Claire. Lelena was fighting with the Goblin Shaman, smashing its head with the morning star. That’s scary.
The only one left was a Goblin Shaman. But before we could kill it, it had finished the summoning. The space distorted next to the Goblin Shaman, there’s a sign that something big is coming from the inside.
Although Claire managed to kill the Goblin Shaman with her bow and arrow, there’s no sign that the summoning is interrupted.
The head is the first that appeared. It’s a head of a big lizard covered in rugged scales, pushing itself from the distorted space.
“Baby Dragon!”
Lelena shouts with a tensed voice. That dragon is still a baby even with that size. It will definitely be stronger than the average monsters. However, there no rules stating that I need to wait for the whole body to appear. I’m the type of man that if I had a chance will attack the robot when they’re combining.
I cut the dragon that only appears until the shoulder, and it raised an angry roar as it can’t move. It’s the moment that I’ve been waiting for!
At the same moment it opens its mouth wide, I shoot the explosion magic right inside the mouth. A great explosion occurred inside the dragon’s body when it closed its mouth by reflex. The dragon’s mouth split when the explosion sound was heard, popping out its eyeballs. Its outsides might be tough, but the same can’t be said about the insides.
The completely dead dragon, only had its whole body summoned after it became a corpse. I managed to defeat it without a scratch.
“You…I’ve never heard of such a method.”
Everyone had a dumbfounded look when they see me. Is it wrong to have an easy win?
“Let’s quickly collect the monster core”
I calmed everyone and ask them to confirm our loot. Hobgoblin’s meat can’t be used. Since you’re going to have a loose stomach if you eat them, no one wants to eat it.I managed to get a red monster core from a black goblin. This should fetch some high price.
However, the dragon contains so many rare material that it can be said that its whole body is a treasure. Although it’s not an adult dragon and just a baby, it would still fetch a high price.
When I confirmed the fully summoned dragon’s body again, it seems that it doesn’t have wings, the so called Earth Dragon. The length is around 5 meters? Although it’s a bit small for a dragon, it’s bigger than a human. I wonder what would happen if I fought it directly?
I pull out the fangs from what remains of this head. They seems to have used this as a catalyst for the Dragon Fang Warrior that tormented us. Next, I separated the body by parts as I decided to collect the meat as much as possible. Dragon’s meat seem to bring good luck, so it seems to be popular among adventurers.
Although most of the internal organs were ruined by the explosion magic, fortunately one of the two hearts remain intact.

Amyl is in good spirits. I’m surprised that it’s higher than I had thought. I put the eyeballs that popped out inside the bag, and starts tearing the scales. Somehow it feels like tearing off scabs for some reason, so I’m kind of disgusted right now.
Since we can’t take it all because of the unreasonable amount, we only select those of the highest quality. There’s a scale especially different quality from the rest. Its called the reverse scale, the piece called the dragon’s weak point.
Finally I collected the monster core. Although it’s the size that fits the palm of my hand, its purity is obviously different from the normal core even if it was seen by amateur. I took the monster core of the Hobgoblin to compare the extent of the difference, this one had a jewel-like beauty.

Amyl went up from Level 17 to 21. Lelena went up from 16 to 20 respectively.
