Peace reigned once more in the train after the young Demon Hunter handily took care of the group of men who had too much testosterone in their system. The men still standing started to look at the young Demon Hunter with fear in their eyes because Ye Qi's ruthlessness shrunk their bravado from a lion to a mewling kitten.

However, in comparison, the members of the fairer sex had even more of a glow in their eyes that followed Ye Qi. The young Demon Hunter had shown himself as a wicked firebrand and it appeared like every woman love a bad boy. In fact, the group of young girls who were tossing the young Demon Hunter dirty looks earlier starting to look at him with blush on their faces. If Ye Qi winked at anyone of them, they probably would be willing to follow him to the end of the world.

The young Demon Hunter who was just given a warning by the railway policemen squinted his eyes dangerously, he was not in a good mood—when the few men rushed at him, Ye Qi did not hold back considering this was a C+ quest! When he realized they were normal human beings, the men had been already been sent flying towards the wall and were moaning in pain on the floor.

However, they should be thankful. If not for the cramped spaces of the train cabin and the number of people around, Ye Qi would have used Burning Hands to decimate the lot of them. They wouldn't be moaning on the floor but ended up as piles of ashes.

Such a commotion naturally attracted the attention of the railway police. However, with Ye Qi's plea of innocence and the help of the group of girls, Ye Qi was left off with a warning. On the other hand, the few troublemakers were taken away by the policemen—after all, they needed immediate medical attention or else their next stop would be the public cemetery.

"Tsk tsk, so cold even dealing with such a pretty little thing! Kiddo, you sure are heartless!" The weird wolf who called himself Amon appeared in his mind once more.

"What kind of trade you're into this time?"

Even though they had had the barest of interaction, Ye Qi had grasped the modus operandi of the weird wolf. Ye Qi knew the other party would not have shown itself without reason.

"Is there only trading between us? That makes me feel so sad, after all, I assume we're supposed to be partners!" The weird wolf huffed but he quickly dropped the charade, "Fine, here's another trade for you. If you manage to win over that girl who came over just now, Linda, I believe her name was, and I'll give you another Hallowed Artefact, what do you think?"

"Wait, you want me to flirt with a girl in exchange for a Hallowed Artefact?" Even though he was shocked by the terms and conditions given by the weird wolf, after multiple trades in the past, Ye Qi knew this creature with a wolf body and snake tail had a heart that was even more cunning than a jackal. Therefore, Ye Qi knew the trade was definitely more than it looked and he came up with a logical hypothesis on his own, "The Hallowed Artefact you're planning to give me is some object this girl is carrying, isn't it?"

"You're not going to make a great success out of yourself if you're so bothered with such details!"

The weird wolf's dry laugh confirmed Ye Qi's suspicions and he grinned in reply, "No, success is most often dependent on the details! So this trade is a no-go!"

"Fine, be a smart-ass then!" The weird wolf then disappeared after grumbling that response.

Ye Qi smirked and continued to focus on his "Gorgon's Eyes"—yes, a Hallowed Artefact was nice but that was only because Hallowed Artefacts had their values! This girl by the name of Linda might be casually dressed but every single one of her demeanour exuded the upbringing of a good family. Even though the girl hid it well, it was still mighty obvious for the young Demon Hunter who had seen plenty of heirs and heiresses hailing from influential families.

While being from a good and influential family might not mean anything, but even an idiot would know what does that coupled with a Hallowed Artefact mean—a Demon Hunter family, an organization just like the Dirk family Tarn was from. Even though the girl's shy and innocent ways might mean that she was still not yet exposed to the world of Erebus, she definitely came from a family who do. Furthermore, the fact that she was carrying a Hallowed Artefact meant that she had an important position within the family, perhaps even the family's eldest daughter or the official heiress.

If Ye Qi used some tricks to swindle the Hallowed Artefact from her, then he would have to prepare for a life of fugitive running from her family. This was an offence on a completely different scale from killing a low level lapdog like Tarn Dirk. After all, with his identity as an Apostle, Dirk family wouldn't have come after him for someone as insignificant as Tarn!

However, a Hallowed Artefact was often the foundation of a Demon Hunter family. If Ye Qi lied his way to get this Hallowed Artefact, the young Demon Hunter doubted his Apostle identity was going to save him! If the family she was from was well-connected, then probably a whole Demon Hunter branch would be on his back, when that happened, perhaps even his mentor would have come to eliminate him due to pressure from the higher ups.

All that for a Hallowed Artefact? Ye Qi wasn't that dumb. Furthermore, there would be more chances for him to obtain Hallowed Artefacts after he gained more strength so why should he take such a giant risk now?

There was discernible change in temperature after the train entered the region of Spring Woods. Cheers could be heard throughout the train since they were close to their destination. This was good news for the passengers who had spent almost one day and one night cooped up inside the train. However, in comparison, the cheering in Ye Qi's coach was less noticeable. Quite a number of girls looked at the young Demon Hunter with determination in their eyes—even though they were interested in the young Demon Hunter, they did not make a move due to fear of rejection, but if they didn't make any move soon, it would be too late. Even if it was a rejection, they wouldn't have to face each other for long since they were going to reach the station soon. Therefore, all the ladies started moving, crowding the young Demon Hunter for his name and phone number…

With one long and one short whistle, the train officially arrived at the Summer Crinkle Station. The young Demon Hunter practically jumped out the train. He couldn't help but shake his head in a bitter smile examining the claw marks on his windbreaker.

Who said only man would go crazy? A mob of lovesick women was verifiably the scary thing he had ever experienced in his life!

After exiting the station, the young Demon Hunter caught sight of his pick-up immediately—a disinterested looking youngster with the badge of a Demon Hunter Apostle hanging on a lapel.
