Chapter 119
The First Snowfall (Part Two)
Yu Fu had both of her hands stuck inside a pouch made of snow-white fox fur and had an extra purple cloak draped around her, as she stood on a stool in the corridor .
Even with the sky getting darker and darker, her eldest brother still had not come .
“Young miss, it’s getting windy outside . How about young miss goes inside to wait?”
Yao Lan came outside to give her a different handwarmer . The coal inside the previous one was almost burned out, yet Yu Fu continued to hold onto it without realizing it .
“I will wait a little longer . Who knows, eldest brother might come in a moment . ”
He had told her to wait for his return .

Yu Fu had gone out in a hurry and did not change into sheep-skin boots to deal with the snow . Her feet were currently freezing, and she could only stomp her feet to try and regain some feeling in them .

There was a thin layer of snow on the cobblestone path .

A gentle laugh came from behind her, as someone grabbed a hold of her, allowing her to fall into their embrace .
In the blustery field of white, two purple figures were merged together . It was impossible to tell whose clothes were caught one whose .
Yu Fu struggled to prop herself up on his chest . Only then did she notice that Gu ShuBai had been caught beneath her .

Looking from top to bottom, he finally noticed that her shoes were soaked from the snow, causing large patches of the light-purple shoes to turn dark purple .
