“Ethan, please. Ma’am will scold me,” Louisse told Ethan while holding his arm.
Ethan was just staring at her hands that was gripping his arm. “Let go of me.”
“Ma’am would kill me. Ethan, please…”
I ignored them and faced Tyrone…
I sighed. “Was what I heard earlier right?!” I shouted causing the other two to shut up.
“What?” Tyrone seemed to be clueless.
“You don’t really have any hope,” I shook my head. “A while ago! I said no to peer pressure, right? You’d go to bar again? Or get girls. Or play games. I TOLD YOU TO CONTROL YOUR—,"
“YOU’RE REALLY LOUD! DON’T SHOUT, OKAY? YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON HERE!”
“I DON’T CARE! NEVERMIND! I’LL JUST TELL THIS TO—,"
He sighed. “Who even told you that I’d go with them?!”
“Are you amnesiac?! You just said that you’d follow, right?” This guy was really scruffy. I’d just kick him if I couldn’t control myself anymore. Ugh!
“You believed that?”
I stopped. “What?”
“I only told them that I will go, but I won’t. Not a chance.”
“Huh?” This was new.
“Where am I right now? Inside a classroom, right? I am not that stupid as what you think, Alzeah. The moment they betrayed me, I’d call it off. I’d stop.”
After Tyrone said that, the three of us dazed. Ethan was about to leave when miss came in. As in when he opened the door, miss was already there, smiling. And yes, Ethan had no choice but to stay. Nice!
Ma’am reprimanded Ethan and Tyrone for a while to be good because if they didn’t, she would call their parents. Ethan looked like he didn’t care so the moment miss left…
“I’ll leave now. You guys can do it.” Ethan said.
“Ethan! Can you please cooperate?” Louisse shouted but still refined.
“HOY, TROUBLEMAKER GUY. YOU REALLY ARE AN IDIOT. IT WAS JUST STATED TO BE GOOD, RIGHT?!” I shouted. It was becoming irritating. Tyrone and I were already seated, ready to study, but why was he so persistent?!
“Don’t shout at me. Not because you’re the top one of the batch that you could shout at me.”
“And not because you’re second at the last, you could do anything you want. Your parents, where are they? Is that what they are teaching you?”
“They are not even teaching me anything in the first place so just shut up. I’ll go now.”
“Ethan…” That was Louisse. She was also a scholar and a president so she needed to do her best in everything. She needed to follow every order.
“Louisse, let him go. If hates it, don’t force him. You better speak to ma’am that he doesn’t want to cooperate. For sure, she’d call his parents.” I said. “Tyrone, let’s start.”
When I looked at Tyrone, he was already reading. “This is boring.” He yawned.
“You too, be good!”
“What did I do?!”
“NOTHING!” I shouted.
Using my peripheral vision, I saw Ethan sat in front of Louisse…
“What do I need to do?” He asked her.
Ugh, we still have several things to go through, I feel it!
