The pure young lady shook her head when she heard Qingfeng Li's excuse. Clearly, she didn't believe him.

The pure young lady left Qingfeng Li and hid far away from him because she was scared of him.
Qingfeng Li didn't continue pestering the young girl, instead choosing to ask the male self-cultivator instead about the river in the front.
The male self-cultivator told Qingfeng Li that the river's name was the Sword River, which was completely constructed by sword energy. If one stepped over the river, he or she would be attacked by the sword energy.
Qingfeng Li looked and released his spirit energy. As expected, the river was a Sword River and was made up by sword energy. It was very powerful and released a frightening aura.
Qingfeng Li didn't walk forward. He stood at the very back instead because he knew something was not right about the river. It seemed like there was a master hiding inside the river, causing his body to tremble at the potential danger.
Other people didn't seem to have noticed anything as they all stood very close to the river, thinking about how to cross over.
"General Golden Crab, you go and try it out," the prince of the Eastern Sea Dragon Palace frowned and said to the middle-aged man beside him.
This middle-aged man was very buff and strong. He didn't have any fingers, however, but rather sported two huge crab claws.
General Golden Crab nodded and walked towards the Sword River.
He flew up and as he was just about to make it across the Sword River, the Sword River released white sword energy. The sword energy was very powerful, enough to tear through space and cut off everything. Now, it was aiming to cut apart General Golden Crab.
General Golden Crab yelled and the crab claw in his hand swung suddenly, releasing a white ray. It clashed against the white sword energy and created a deafening noise.
The sword energy was extremely sharp and left a scratch on General Golden Crab's claw. Fortunately, General Golden Crab's claws was strong and rigid. If it was a normal person, he or she would have been cut in half by this sword energy.
The Sword River's sword energy had spirituality. It saw that no harm was done to General Golden Crab with only one ray of sword energy, so fifteen more rays of sword energy erupted from within and shot towards General Golden Crab.
General Golden Crab panicked. He had barely fended off one ray of sword energy, not to mention fifteen of them. He immediately yelled, "Golden Crab Light Veil."
The surface of General Golden Crab's body formed a gold light veil, blocking the sword energy. Fifteen rays of sword energy rammed into the gold light veil and made a loud clashing noise. The light veil began to turn concave from the rays of sword energy and visible fissures appeared along the surface. It seemed like the light veil was on the verge of exploding.
At the moment, another fifteen rays of sword energy came out of the Sword River. A total of thirty rays of sword energy shot towards General Golden Crab.
Bang! The defensive light veil was broken into and vanished into thin air.
Thirty rays of sword energy pierced through General Golden Crab's body with loud noises, creating dozens of holes as blood spilled out of his body.
General Golden Crab screamed loudly and fled. The sword energy didn't continue to attack him as he returned back into the Sword River.

General Golden Crab fell beside the prince of the Eastern Sea. Due to his heavy injuries, he had to return to his original state, which was a huge crab the size of a hill.
Many bloody holes had appeared on General Golden Crab's rigid crab shell. Blood kept on leaking out of his body.
The Prince of the Eastern Sea took out an elixir, put it in front of General Golden Crab, and said, "This is a Dragon Spirit Pill. You can recover from your injuries after eating it."
General Golden Crab nodded and was happy about it.
Of course he knew about the Dragon Spirit Pill. It was an extremely rare elixir that required a drop of dragon blood to make.
In the Eastern Sea Dragon Palace, there weren't that many dragon spirit pills, yet, the prince of Eastern Sea still gave him one. This prince of the Eastern Sea was such a decent person.
The General Golden Crab took the Dragon Spirit Pill, refined, then absorbed it. The Dragon Spirit Pill contained a lot of dragon blood and dragon energy. In a short time, General Golden Crab's injuries were healed, and he returned back to his human form.
General Golden Crab's breath was stronger than earlier, but he didn't go cross the Sword River again because he knew the power of the Sword River.
The people around also didn't even dare to try because they knew better about the power of Sword River. No one wanted to die. However, in order to obtain the ice dragon blood, they must cross the river. That's why it became such a predicament.
"Master, do we have to keep on waiting?" Yafei Bing asked Qingfeng Li.
Qingfeng Li shook his head and said, "I wanted someone to go and test the power of the Sword River, but no one wants to go because General Golden Crab was injured. I have to go myself now."
Qingfeng Li smiled and walked towards the Sword River. People were shocked and surprised by his behavior.
"What is this Qingfeng Li doing? Doesn't he know the dangers of the Sword River? Does he want to die or something?"
"Yeah, even General Golden Crab failed, how is Qingfeng Li going to succeed? He will fail for sure."
"I bet that Qingfeng Li will be killed by the sword energy in the Sword River. If not, I will eat mud in front of everybody."
The people around continued to talk loudly, and one of the self-cultivators even swore to eat mud.

"The guy with short hair and wearing blue, remember to eat mud later," Qingfeng Li looked at the short hair self-cultivator and said loudly.
After his words, Qingfeng Li walked towards the Sword River. He didn't bother to talk to this guy.
Seeing Qingfeng Li's from the back, the short hair self-cultivator's face darkened. However, he didn't talk back. It was because he was no match for Qingfeng Li, who could even fight with the prince of the Eastern Sea to a standstill.
