These guys are rushing it, the items that they had gotten from the Dungeon Raid were all level 45s and above, they might've purchased for gears to use when the raised cap has been updated.

All of the members smiled as they prepared the record for anyone that would submit a guild quest.
And just right after that, someone completed a guild quest and passed it, an announcement was made.

Controlling an area of land will give the guild entitlement for the Tax, Tax can be adjusted by the guild master.

They are not happy with this outcome at all, they didn't know that Guild Leaders has a lot of things to do, but all they did were farm and grind their experience points to maximum, but seeing Lu Fan's progress, they kind of regretted it, they wanted to do something now, and that is to halt Lu Fan's guild's progress.

Lu Fan smiled as he nodded and immediately went to check the location, he can pick from the 10,000 Kingdoms from the Evil Faction, but he found three great spots immediately, one in the center, the other one is near the main capital of the Darkness, and the last one is near the front lines, between the Justice and Evil Faction's border.
But Lu Fan picked something else, not one of those three, instead, he picked one just a few hundred kilometers away from the Soaring Falcon Kingdom, it is an area for level 49~89 players, with a base level for monsters from 39~109, it is a great place for leveling, and it might also be the best place for his guilds and the players going out of the low-level area for a great three months to stay.
Lu Fan then clicked that location.
The NPC nodded as he spoke: "Good choice, your base will be ready after a week's time, all of it costs 100,000 Guild merit points."
Guild Merit points in this term were the one that players had already used to purchase their equipment, seeing that there were 10,1,240 guild merit points in status, Lu Fan sighed a breath of relief and proceeded.
