It was weaker from one side, but it was stronger from another . Overall that pure energy wasn't any worse than the one that the Supreme God used to form his Universe Qi .

The worst part was that Yale didn't need to wait there while they battled so they would be unable to move, so he would be free to go anywhere else .
They knew that they had lost . Even if they didn't die, they had lost completely because they knew that it was impossible to defeat the Ice Tribulation Army in a short time .
They would fail to reach their destination in time, which would make that the Supreme God would kill them for disobeying orders .
Yale hadn't set a deadly trap for them, but their own universe creator turned it into a situation that doomed all of them to death .
