Wang Yao didn't see any patients in the afternoon . Instead, he chatted with Pan Jun and Pan Mei .
"I won't be able to come here for a while," said Wang Yao before leaving .
He had to tell Pan Jun and Pan Mei sooner or later, so he chose to tell them sooner .
