after almost dying and being carried back to the room by Gerald Leo slept for about 12 hours . As soon as he woke up he was greeted by Luna who was sleeping on his stomach again .
' Good morning , master .'
She transmitted her sweet voice to his head and remained in her posture , coiled up like a ball on top of his stomach . Leo stared at her for a while before giving up and lifting up the little kitten and placing it on his pillow beside his head .
The kitten purred on being touched by Leo and leo hear it go ' It ticklesss~ ' .
He laughed and looked outside the window . It was early in the morning , and Gerald was standing outside , thinking no one could see him .
Leo laughed once and sank down into his shadow , which moved at a speed a normal human could never follow with bare eyes , but that didn't mean Gerald couldn't see him . Leo had seen him use an ability to go completely invisible , in which form , only a trace he wanted to leave would be left .
He knew Gerald knew he was coming for him , but still went for it anyways . He appeared behind the hunk of Mana and punched at it with a fist burning with a dark flame as lightning crackled around it .
" Too slow ." Leo was about to hit the Mana , when it abruptly moved and held him from behind . It held Leo's hoodie as it saw Leo struggle to get out of it's hold " You said it yourself . I can sense changes in air pressure ."
Leo stopped struggling as he looked the giant holding on to him . This man's height had already surpassed 2.5 meters . He frowned as he mumbled to himself " How would I know if I was right ? I fainted before I got a chance to attack . This dumb cheater ."
Gerald pretended to not hear those mumbles and threw Leo at a side of the roof and said " It's good that you have only 1 set of clothes . Tell your sister to get ready . Your observer will leave you at the entrance of the dungeon ."
" Observer ?" Leo tilted his head as he sat up against the wall and asked innocently , but seeing the nerves popping on Gerald's head he nodded again and again as he said " Obviously , sir captain is our observer . How can I forget that ."
" Stop acting like a kid around me . I know your exploits ." Gerald said as he narrowed his eyes .
Leo snorted as an icy glint shined in his eyes before he once again smiled like a silly kid as he stood up . " It's better for me to be this way ."
Before Gerald could say anything , leo had already flown high in the sky . He stared at his black wings for a while , before he mumbled under his breath " With those wings , it indeed is ."
The ' Subway ' was a upper -intermediate tier dungeon that looked like a Subway in New York City . Leo was expecting to pass through this dungeon and become at least a pseudo - basic - high tier hero , which was highly possible . This dungeon had 3 floors , each with monsters from each division of intermediate tier . There was also the 4th boss floor which had a monster at the peak of intermediate tier , or , in the words of the almighty system ' Pseudo - high ' tier .
The 'Subway' had 3 trains , instead of floors . Each train spawned about 3000 monsters at the peak of their tier , i.e , 1 point less than evolving into the next tier .
The monster were attributed to ground element and had tougher bodies and only Leah's magic could defeat them , if only Leo wasn't an abnormal who used both magic and brute strength .
Leo's scales and , each and every part of the dragon body boosted his strength output . They basically doubled it when he used them to directly attack . So , his claws , tail and maw had an output of double his strength , so he had no trouble passing as a warrior type hero . He discovered this difference in his strengths yesterday when he fought Gerald .
' Who would've thought fighting barehanded against a supreme tier hero will be useful . ' He thought as he shivered when thinking about the pain of having his palm crushed .
Anyways , this dungeon had monsters at the peak of their tiers . If they were considered heroes , then they would have evolved , i.e. , the process of tier elevation in monsters , after receiving just 1 more attribute point . The third floor had monsters at pseudo - basic -high tier while the boss was at peak of intermediate .
" I won't give you any more information . We still want the heroes to develop through experience . You both can directly measure a monster's tier so I just wanted to save your time . The faster you came out , the faster I will be free . " The giant said so and turned around and left .
Leo remembered a scene he had seen in anime quite a few time ' Was he expecting me to stop him ?' Leo shivered at the very thought but there was a small kitten on his shoulder ready to torture him .
' Master , remember more about this 'anime' . The memories that come out are very amusing .'
Leo laughed as he thought ' Whatever ' , but he froze the next moment . Luna , this little kitten saw everything related to HIM .

' Never .' He remembered the time when he imagined himself having superpowers like those heroes in a certain hero academy and felt cold sweat on his forehead ' Not possible ! I won't !' were his thoughts which covered her sweet voice as the cat purred : ' That was such a sweet memory .' Right after which he heard ' My master looked handsome even in a different body .'
Leo coughed twice and ignored her pleas for more memories and said " This our third dungeon . Let's hope it is fun ."
Leah nodded and followed him down the stairs of the ' Subway ' as she mumbled " It looks really scary , though ."
