Chapter 6.2: 6.2
“Ow—!” Caught off guard, Lin Dong fell on his back and let out a muffled grunt .
Zheng Zi Yu pounced from her seat and grabbed Lin Jiu with her claw-like fingers . “You’ve gone overboard!” she screeched .
Lin Jiu halted her by the shoulder and gave her a light push, sending her off about eight steps back so that she stumbled onto her ebony chair .
Lin Dong, still on the ground, raised his foot in an attempt to give another savage kick, but Lin Jiu grabbed his ankle, swung him in half a circle, and sent him sliding across the floor .
Then, she followed after him and placed her foot on his waist . With a thrust of her hand, she twisted his arm backwards, pressing it against his back and immobilizing him .
“Mother! Mother…” At eight feet tall, the man actually whimpered and sobbed .
Again and again, Zheng Zi Yu pounced, but again and again, she was pushed back to her seat easily as if Lin Jiu were swatting away a feather .
In Lin Jiu’s consciousness, the Red Lotus faintly swayed .
She could sense the malice directed at her by Lin Dong and Zheng Zi Yu . As soon as she had that thought, she heard Lin Dong cry out loud .
“Lin Jiu, you bitch! Who are you to hit me! Don’t even think that you’ll ever be able to return to Dong Ting! If you dare come back, I’ll have my brothers rape you! Damn it, if Mother hadn’t wanted to sell you to the Wangs, then I would have long sent you off for my brothers to enjoy!”

After watching the two of them leave, Lin Jiu sat down on the door’s threshold and counted on her fingers . “Liu Qing Yi’s voodoo doll, former relationships, the undergarments in that Wang-whatever-Tan’s hands— there’s nothing more, is there? I’ll tell Wei Liang later . ”
She stood up and patted the dust of her clothes, when she suddenly heard a low cough from behind her .
Stunned, Lin Jiu turned around just to see Big Brother Qin Yun Xi in his wheelchair in a shadowy corner of the hall, his deep eyes staring at her .
