Lu Zhaoyang could no longer contain her anger . She dragged his arm and went to the seat in the far most corner and pressed him down onto it .
“So you’re drinking?”
“I think you’re meddling a little too much,” whispered Huo Yunting with his eyes squinted . His tone was unusually laid-back, alarming to her ears .
Lu Zhaoyang sat next to him, her voice was gentle as her eyes not retreating from his threat, “I must admit I was meddling a bit too much lately . But as long as you have your meals punctually and promise to take good care of yourself, I’ll leave right now . If you don’t want to see me, you better be having dinner at home now . ” She grabbed his arm again and tried lifting him but he would not even budge .
Gosh, he sure has some strength left given that he has not eaten anything today .
“You might have a bad mood but that doesn’t mean you need to skip meals to express it . ”
The man decided to turn a deaf ear to her advice . She eventually took a different approach, “Well, look at me . I have hardly eaten anything today . I lost all appetite seeing you like this . At this rate, we would be going to the hospital soon . ”
“Fine with me . At that point, I don’t have to do a thing to get myself fed . There’ll be nurses feeding me spoon by spoon and there will be a doctor watching my health for you . So you could rest in peace . ”
Lu Zhaoyang lost really badly but she refused to admit defeat, “Fine! Do whatever you want . Go get yourself fed! Go get yourself confined on the bed! I won’t eat as long as you don’t, you hear me?”
And Huo Yunting became speechless for the next few minutes .
“Huo Yunting?” Seeing her man in dismay, Lu Zhaoyang’s rage slowly faded away as she realized she might have spoken a little too harsh to him . She reached out her little hand and wrapped upon his, gently she pleaded, “Can we go for dinner, please?”
“You…”
“I have no opinion on anything now . Our dinner, your call—like—I’m—not feeling good—my stomach is aching—maybe I was starved for way too long…” She put up her acting skills as she rubbed her belly, bending down, not forgetting to pick her man up from the seat .

The big man finally cooperated as he got up with her lift and walked through the noisy crowd under her lead .
The air felt fresher as Lu Zhaoyang exited the bar .
She could feel Huo Yunting’s fingers wriggling in her hand trying to break free . She grabbed it tighter with all the strength she could muster .
“Don’t worry, I’ll let you go once we reach the restaurant . ”
“Wow, you’re worried about me this much . You love me, don’t you?” Muttered Huo Yunting in an annoyed tone as he swung his gripped hand a few times and followed her at last, though he sneered menacingly .
“Yeah, yeah, yeah . I love you, happy?” She said it out of guilt, believing that it was fine to just act according to his will .

They went to a fancy Western restaurant nearby by the car . Zhaoyang went for his hand again the moment she exited her car, fearing that the boy would ditch her and forfeit his promise .
Huo Yunting lowered his head and frowned at his gripped hand . Even though he knew that her little confession at the bar was merely an act to please him, he still felt a little happy . Almost wanting to smile .
It would be okay to just obey her for once, he thought .
Gosh, I never thought I would grow so much on her . My life has been in havoc thanks to her and her mother . Is this what an accursed fate is like?
When the waitress led them to a table, Lu Zhaoyang loosened her grip and sat opposite him .
While they were digging in, she would take a quick peek at him from time to time and would only get back to her food once she saw her man eating .

“Do you need Huo Li to pick you up?”
