At around 9 pm, the pedestrians were already very scarce, there was only voice of the frogs, making the whole place very tranquil.

A policeman patrolling asked his colleague beside him.

With just a short time, they soon caught sight of a witch.
The witch wore black hat and black clothes, there was a grey mask on her face. There was also a cart beside her, filled with various colors of candy.
There were many children surrounding her asking for candy.
"Grandma, grandma, I has dream."
A child stood beside her innocently said.
"Oh? What do you dream of?"
The witch was obviously very interested and asked.
"When I grows up, I want to be an astronaut." (tl:if my grammar is wrong, blame the kid!! LOL)
When the child talked about this, he straightened his chest up, clearly he was very excited about his dream.
"Very good!"
The witch seemed to be very happy. She immediately gave a lollipop to this child.
"Thank you, grandma."
The child bowed to the witch, making her laughed. She touched the child's face and said : "You are very well-behave, now quickly go home."
After seeing that child left, the witch continued on the same pattern, asking dreams and giving lollipops to others children.
"Hey!"
These two policeman seeing this scene, immediately interrupted : "Selling candy is not permitted here, please leave at once."
"I didn't sell anything."
The witch obviously discovered them earlier, but her hand did not stop moving, she immediately replied.

A policeman frowned, took his wallet out intending to buy everything so that the witch could leave immediately.

The colleague shook his head and was about to leave, but they were pulled by a child holding lollipop in his hand.
"Little friend, do you need something?"
The policeman crouched down and asked gently.
"This is for you."
The child handed them a lollipop, puzzling both of them.
"Why do you want ti give it to us?"
Believing in his own charm, the policeman couldn't help but asked, wanting to hear the beautiful words form the child's mouth, since the other party was a child, he was unlikely to tell a lie.
"Father says that child eating sweets will get decayed teeth."
The child innocently spoke, making the policeman to made a wry smile, as expected, the child indeed did not tell lies.
"Ok, we have received this sweet, you also quickly go home."
The policeman took the sweet from the child and said : "Remember, next time don't take the sweets from stranger."
"Got it, uncle!"
The child lively replied and then left.
Looking the child left, the policeman smiled and said : "the child is at the most innocent time."
As he spoke, the policeman was about to eat sweet, but was stopped by his colleague.
"Don't you know that you shouldn't eat something from stranger?"
The colleague said to the police officer, his eyes fluttered to the side, and suddenly stunned.

He hastily looked at the surrounding, but there was not a single figure nearby.
"You are looking for something?"
The policeman rubbed his head and asked.
"That witch has disappeared."
The colleague said with grave expression.
"So what? She just walked fast!"
The policeman however did not feel anything wrong and boringly spoke.
“Is that coming from a guys who wanted to beat people?”
The colleague glanced at the policeman, then he looked around. This neighborhood terrain was fairly flat, therefore, it was very easy to see people in the surrounding. Even they couldn't walked that far within a short time, how did the witch gone that fast?
There was only one answer, someone was disguised as old witch.
Thinking to this, he said : "You go report the situation, I will chase after her."
The colleague finished speaking and did not wait for him to respond, immediately ran off.
"What?"
The policeman seeing his colleague ran out of sight already scratched his head. He was about to return to head office when his colleague appeared out of nowhere and said : "We are going back."
"You……you just a moment ago……."
The policeman widened his mouth and pointed finger at the colleague. He looked behind then looked back, asking in disbelieved : "How can you suddenly appears?"
"We should quickly leave!"
The colleague did not say much, only pushed the policeman to go.
Zhang Shaofeng was just an ordinary policeman, this missing children case was the biggest case in his entire life. When he and his colleague went on patrolling a moment ago, they found a strange witch.

Looking at the surrounding, Zhang Shaofeng was bewildered, being policeman here for 3 years, he didn't recalled seeing this place before.

Suddenly, there were strange sound behind Zhang Shaofei. He turned around and saw the pumpkin house appeared above the river.
Zhang Shaofei's eyes shone. This place should be the hiding place of someone.
He took out his phone wanting to contact his colleague, but he discovered that there was no signal on his phone.
Zhang Shaofei hesitated, should he go search the place, or should he returned to report?
