"Haha! This kid is doomed!" Watching the shadow of Xu Que walking over, a young man from Bright Saint College sniggered coldly.
"He did look rather refined and respectable. Looks like he’s just another kid who doesn't know his place!" The young woman beside him shook her head.
Tang Liu Feng was startled. He never expected this ‘brother Li Bai’ to be so daring and do exactly as he said he would.
By the time he finally snapped back to his senses, Xu Que had already reached the table filled with brutes as he stared down at them.
The tough looking brutes were taken aback by this as well as they frowned.
One of them looked rather displeased, "Kid, what are you looking at?"
Xu Que gave a frown as he shook his head. He then pointed at the plate of steamed fish and growled, "That’s my fish!"
Your fish?
It was such a strange statement that the brutes were startled by this before they turned upset.
"Thud!"
One of them slapped the table in rage and shouted out, "Bullshit! Are you looking for death kid? You dare to come here and cheat others for a free meal!"
The angry shout attracted the attention of almost everyone in the tea shop. Their attentions were roused as they turned their heads to look.
Tang Liu Feng stood some distance away and watched everything unfold. His emotions were in a whir and he felt extremely anxious, just like ants over a heated stove. At this point, he took a step forward, having decided to pull Xu Que away
Just as he was about to walk over, he was blocked by the young man from Bright Saint College.
"Student of Eastern College, stay out of it. That kid is obviously looking to die. Mind your own business."
"That’s right. It’s rare that we have such an interesting sight to watch. If you dare to ruin the experience for us, don’t blame me if I get nasty on you." The pair of young men were smiling threateningly. One stood in front of Tang Liu Feng while the other stood behind.
The other pair of young women were smiling as they watched on in excitement.
Xu Que stood by the side of the table as he bent down and whispered to the brutes, "I can prove that this fish is mine. When I speak to the fish, it will reply me. If you don’t believe, you can try!"
The few of them seated by the table were stumped by this.
What? Talking to a fish? Besides, isn’t this a plate of steamed fish? Is this kid mentally deficient?
The few of them were about to give this strange kid a thorough thrashing and yet they noticed that everyone around was watching them. All of a sudden, they were filled with curiosity and also enjoyed the attention they were receiving from everyone.
This was a perfect opportunity for the brutes to become the talk of the town. How could they let it slip?
After exchanging glances at each other, they knew what they wanted to do next.
One of them squinted as he laughed out, "Alright then. Try it!"
Try? Try what?
Everyone around watching had no idea what was going on. From the start of the conflict to this point, they could only hear the brutes talking and didn’t hear a single word of what Xu Que had said. He was speaking too softly.
Apart from the few brutes seated by the table, nobody knew what was happening. However, everyone was curious and thus continued watching.
Right at this point, Xu Que took a step back as he tensed his back and stared at the fish on the table before shouting angrily, "Screw your mom, you foolish quadriplegic! If you have the guts, you get up right now!"
"Hssss!" Everyone watching sucked in a breath of cold air.
Is this kid a retard? He’s just a Core Bearing Stage and he dared to scold five other Core Bearing Stage brutes? Isn’t he afraid of being beaten to death?
Tang Liu Feng was stumped as well, as he opened his eyes wide in shock. He really did dare to scold them? He’s doomed. Something bad is going to happen.
The few Bright Saint College students were astonished as well as their expressions turned to one of mocking laughter.
"Pu-hahahaha!!!" The brutes by the table broke out in hilarious laughter. One of them was even pounding the table in a hilarious fit of laughter.
Tears were even rolling down their cheeks.
They didn’t believe for a second that Xu Que could communicate with a fish. From the way they saw it, this kid who looked so elegant and refined was just someone with severe mental disability. He actually started cursing at a dead fish and even scolded the fish like he was actually angry with it.
Xu Que was of the same cultivation level as all of them but he had such a dignified and refined demeanor about him before all of this began. And yet he actually did something so foolish in front of everyone. These brutes started to feel extremely proud of themselves that they were receiving everyone’s attention. Additionally, they were also having fun with this foolish kid.
Indeed, everyone around watching were at a loss for words as their faces revealed looks of shock.
What was going on? These few fierce looking brutes didn’t get angry after someone cursed at them? And they even laughed like idiots?

Did they see a damned ghost? That kid really scolded the brutes until they started laughing!
The entire area was silent except for the continuous laughters from the brutes. Xu Que had a hand on his hips, as the other hand pointed at the plate of steamed fish. From the perspective of everyone else, he seemed to be pointing straight at the brutes.
Before long, Xu Que then continued scolding, "Laugh, that’s right. Get up and laugh in my face! Laugh until you turn into a retard!"
"Hahahaha!!!" Their laughters were renewed by Xu Que’s scoldings as they looked extremely foolish.
"Your mother is a handicapped retard!"
"Hahaha!"
"Why aren’t you speaking? Are you afraid of me? You cheap whore!"
"Hahaha!"
"If you have the guts, get up and beat me!"
"Hahaha!"
Seeing such a strange scene before their eyes, the onlookers were filled with question marks in their heads and were stumped.
"What magic is that little brother using? It’s fantastic!"
"It’s too strong! He could actually curse someone and make them laugh uncontrollably. I’m guessing it's a sort of strange spell which had been lost through the ages!"
"Right, it must be a spell which is able to control the emotions of people. We have to be careful not be enchanted by him!"
The people within the tea shop broke out in hushed discussions. Their faces were filled with wary and severity.
Tang Liu Feng and the other Bright Saint College students were utterly shocked. They still couldn’t figure out how Xu Que managed to do something like that, it was too powerful!
At this point, Xu Que had started to tire from the harsh scolding as he exhaled loudly. He then bent down and whispered to the brutes once more, "Sorry for disturbing the few of you. Looks like I’ve recognized the wrong fish. When you’re free one day, come down to Bright Saint College and I shall treat you to lunch! Farewell!"
When the few brutes heard this the smiles on their faces froze.
Bright Saint College? Looks like this kid is somebody and we cannot mess with him!
The few of them hurriedly stopped laughing and politely clasped their hands in salutes, "Safe travels younger brother!"
"Eh, there’s no need to walk me off!"
Xu Que then nodded his head before turning around to leave. Under the the watchful eyes of everyone, he walked towards Tang Liu Feng. The view of him walking away pridefully from the table of brutes had left a deep impression on everyone watching.
At the same time, a series of system notifications rang out in his head!
"Ding! Congratulations to host ‘Xu Que’ for successfully acting tough. The reward is 40 act tough points!"
"Ding! Congratulations to host ‘Xu Que’ for successfully acting tough. The reward is 50 act tough points!"

"Impossible! How did you do that? Did you use any spells on them?" As soon as he got to Tang Liu Feng, the Bright Saint College student asked him, extremely shocked.
Xu Que looked at them before sniggering, "Ignorant juniors. It’s such a small matter. Why would I need to use spells on them? In actual fact, those men are mentally handicapped but they’re extremely frustrated that nobody can tell their true nature. Hence, when people scold them like the true mentally retarded people they are, they will express true joy!"
"Rubbish! I don’t believe you for a second!" The few of them replied. That was too ridiculous!
"It doesn’t concern me whether you believe me or not. But you’ve seen it for yourself. All you have to do is try it to know if I’m telling the truth!"
When he finished speaking, he looked at Tang Liu Feng before nodding, "Come on brother Tang, you owe me lunch!"
"Ah… Oh!" Tang Liu Feng finally came to his senses as he chased after Xu Que as they made their way into the city!
The Bright Saint College students watched as Xu Que and the frail looking student walked off. Their brows were creased tightly, as if not believing what Xu Que had said.
In their confusion, they started to walk towards the tea shop. Just at this point, he walked past the table with the group of brutes and scrutinized them.
When the brutes felt that they were being stared at, they turned rowdy once more and shouted out, "What are you staring at?"
The two pairs of young men and women paused in shock as they exchanged glances with each other. They then turned towards the aggressive brutes and hesitated before shouting loudly.
"Screw… Screw your moms? You… You bunch of handicapped retards!"
