"Five hundred, the bid is now five hundred, I'm going to ask for six hundred, six hundred, is anyone willing to accept six hundred…"

"Me!" Lambis shouted.

"Six hundred dollars, six hundred, then how about…"

"Seven hundred!" Hans followed with an unrelenting flow.

The old cowboy nodded before continuing, "Very nice, looks like the true value of this storage has been seen through by these people, but seven hundred dollars is somewhat…"

"Eight hundred" Lambis interrupted.

Without even waiting for the old cowboy, Hans immediately shouted, "One thousand!"

With this shout, everyone immediately understood that these two had some kind of conflict, as a result, all the other treasure hunters who had originally wanted to bid stepped aside to watch the show.

As the auctioneer, the old cowboy really wanted this type of competition as he earned based on a commission, so the higher the bid goes, the more his income would be.

Just as Hans gave his bid, Lambis immediately rose the middle finger before saying, "Eleven hundred dollars!"

"Fifteen hundred!" Hans let out while gnashing his teeth.

Seeing this, the surrounding people immediately started to cheer. These people who wished to see the world burn started clapping and shouting "COOL!" among other commotions.

During the chaos, Hans gave a Li Du a look.

Seeing this, Li Du's face immediately changed as he gave Hans a hard shove, "F*ck! You bastard, why are you bidding like this?! Didn't we agree earlier…"

Hans immediately returned the shove, "Shut up Li, I refuse to return empty handed, and definitely not lose to idiots like Lambis."

"You need money to bid!" returned Li Du, "Don't tell me that you've been blinded by revenge!"

With these two arguing, Lambis also stopped bidding, but the auctioneer quickly said, "Fifteen hundred, fifteen hundred dollars, you guys should know that there might be a Harley in this storage, so is there anyone who's willing to bid sixteen hundred, sixteen hundred dollars anyone?"

"Me," Lambis continued.

At this, Hans let out a furious expression before following up with a "two thousand!"

"Ah oh, is Mr. Fox crazy?" one of the treasure hunters immediately shouted.

Seeing that Lambis still wanted to increase the bid, Li Du immediately grasped onto Hans while saying, "Stop it, come with me!"

With this, Lambis didn't increase the price anymore, but instead made a motion across his neck and mocked, "Want to leave? You two idiots, do that after paying for this pile of trash. You want to treasure hunt with your intelligence? You should go hunt for dog sh*t instead!"

Meanwhile, the auctioneered continued, "Two thousand two thousand dollars, anyone want to bid any higher?"

As Hans looked around at the crowd, he let out a look of frustration and hope, as if he wanted another person to take this storage off his hand.

Seeing this, the crowd immediately started shaking their heads.

After two more shouts without any response, the auctioneer pointed towards Hans, announcing, "Congratulations Mr. Fox, you have won this bid!"

Hans immediately let out a look of anger while Lambis and his followers started laughing. One of the black guys even shook his butt at him, cursing, "Eat our sh*t, poor bastards!"

After that came the old routine, paying the fees, opening the warehouse, beginning the treasure hunt.

Hans continued to let Li Du be the assistant as he picked up an electric fan while saying, "Let's see if this is still working, if it still is, then it should sell for around fifty dollars. Of course, I could also give it to you as a prize, your actions there were quite good."

Li Du shrugged, "Compared to me whose acting was on par with a common graduate from New York Film School, yours is much better. That last look of frustration was truly golden, I don't think even Tom Hanks could do any better!"

There should be no need to explain; the two were simply putting up an act earlier.

When the bidding for the fifth storage began, Hans had guessed that Lambis would compete with him. In addition, there were still around five or six others who were eyeing that storage with interest.

Under such circumstance, there's no way he could have easily bid for that storage, so he set up that show. First was the competition between him and Lambis to discourage everyone else who might be interested in the storage.

By then, Lambis already didn't have much money left. This was because he had already successfully bid for three storages; the fact that he didn't even try to bid for the fourth storage reflected that fact.

That was why when Li Du interrupted Hans's bid, it gave everyone else the feeling that "they didn't actually want this storage, but only competing with Lambis for the sake of competing".

Thus, when the bidding started to get very high, Lambis retreated. This was because he wasn't there to bid for the storage, only to increase the price for Hans.

As a result, they were able to successfully carry out their bid. As for the Harley, spending two thousand dollars for one couldn't be said to be too much of an expenditure.

After cleaning up a bunch of unimportant stuff, the storage became more and more empty, leaving behind just a simple batch of boxes.

Seeing this, Hans anxiously asked, "Are you sure the Harley is in here?"

Li Du continued his show, hesitantly stating, "I've already said that I'm about 50% sure."

When Hans peaked into one of the final box, he immediately let out an ecstatic expression. "F*ck, f*ck, f*ck, f*ck! This is a tire! This is a motorcycle tire!"

Li Du also came over with a fake look of excitement. As Hans tore it open, the smell of rubber started to fill the storage accompanied by the bright silver metal ring outlined by the dark black tire.

"Ten inch extra wide tire, seven layered chrome plated Agitator wheel! God! My God! This is the parts for a Harley!" shouted Hans.

As his voice was very loud, the neighbouring people as well as Lambis all came over there.

After seeing the tire, Hans, who was clearly exhausted just a moment ago once again retained all his vigor and quickly tore apart the rest of the packing.

After that, one by one, another tire, the handles, engine, fairings, seat, and other parts were revealed. Bit by bit, the tyrannical sight of a Harley Street Glide showed itself to the crowd.

Seeing this, Lambis angrily spat, "Dammit, this sh*ty guy really had some good luck."

Hans showed him the middle finger, "F*ck off, we spent two thousand to get a Harley, how much did you guys spend? Seven thousand? Eight thousand? What did you guys get?"

"We've got the first unit which had two Yamahas, our earnings today shouldn't be any lower than yours."

At this, Li Du only stared down at him as he drawled. "Don't tell me you guys are novices? Could it be that you guys didn't notice that the two Yamahas had their engines removed?"

Hearing this, Lambis started to sweat, but he continued to carry on with his boss act, "Don't listen to this bast*rd, come see them for yourselves."

The third storage had two sets of scrapped motorcycles, and their parts could be sold for around two hundred. The second unit was a bit better with a fully custom assembled unit that was probably worth around five or six hundred.

Finally, Lambis and the others came to the long-awaited first unit and showed the others the two new Yamahas. However, as they revealed them, they were stumped as those two really did have their engines removed!

This was the worst. Motorcycles were costly because of the engines' price. To put it bluntly, without their engines, they were almost as worthless as junk.
