“I’ll … try my best.” Ye Ji’s expression grew bad as she hesitated before looking towards Xiahou Qing, “What do we do afterwards though? “So what? Do you have a better idea? If we have to start again with a new plan, you might as well just wait for the second prince to be titled the crown prince!” Ye Ji’s lips tugged as she glared viciously at him.
“Don’t forget what your final target it. It’s just a woman, so what if she’s the most beautiful in the capital? When you sit on that throne, what kind of beauty wouldn’t throw themselves at you?”
