Chapter 138.1 - Getting caught in bed
Shangguan Yiyun wore a light purple glowing gown with cloud lines, her face obscured with a similar coloured veil.
As she walked, the gown rippled with her every step.
She walked straight into the tea house, towards the second floor as Fei Ye followed behind her.
In a place where Shangguan Yiyun couldn’t see, she gestured using her hands to a person standing in a hidden corner, before continuing along.
Shangguan Yiyun looked as if she’d been crying, they were slightly red and puffy.
When she reached the room, she knocked on the door.
From inside the room, a deep male voice sounded, “Come in.”
She turned around, speaking softly to Fei Ye, “Watch outside, don’t let anyone in.”
“Yes!” Fei Ye nodded, her eyes lowered as she stood respectfully.
Shangguan Yiyun then pushed the door open, closing it behind her.
The man inside the room heard the door open and stood up.
He wore a normal indigo brocade gown, his face handsome as he looked at Shangguan Yiyun with pain in his eyes, “Yun’er.”
Tears fell from Shangguan Yiyun’s eyes, “Big brother Zhou …..”
After she finished speaking, she ran forward and into his arms.
Zhou Tong stiffened, not knowing what to do with his hands.
In the end, he couldn’t hold back how much he missed her and lightly held her around her shoulders. “Yun’er, I’m sorry, I’m so useless.”
