“That will be fine . ” Jiang MingYuan declined her offer . “It’s not that far away . I’ll just wash up when I get home . ”
There was only a woman and a child in this house . Common sense would dictate that there wouldn’t be men’s clothes here . Having said that, Jiang MingYuan handed XingXing over to Cheng Huan and was about to take off .
“It’s very cold outside . You can’t go like this . ” Cheng Huan took XingXing from him and blew dried his hair . The little kiddo has very short hair so it only took two minutes to dry . She patted her son, had him go into bed, and blocked in front of Jiang MingYuan . “There are supermarkets in the area; let me get you some change of clothes . It’s not too much trouble . ”
It was uncomfortable to be wearing wet clothes and, even with the heater on, but his body heat was mostly gone by now . Jiang MingYuan thought about it for a while and nodded in agreement . “Okay . Thank you then . ”
“No problem . ”
The man who just walked out of the bathroom walked back inside of it . The sliding door opened and shut and a silhouette appeared on the frosted glass . Cheng Huan, seemingly thought about something, blushed a little . She took a deep breathe patted her own cheeks, turned and adjusted the blanket for XingXing, and left with her keys .

There was a strip mall toward the back entrance of their area and there was a large supermarket there . Their selection was quite complete .
Cheng Huan left in a hurry and had forgotten her scarf . There had been a cold front these couple of days and the temperature had dropped quite drastically . Wind went in through her collar . Cheng Huan pulled her neck back, her hands in her pocket, and walked as fast as she could toward the supermarket .
Clothing was on the first floor of the supermarket close to the check out area . It has both men and women ones . Cheng Huan didn’t have a lot of time to pick and choose . She picked out a tee shirt, a wool sweater, and a pair of dress pants that roughly looked like would be the right size before she walked over to the undergarment area to grab a box of underwear . She had no idea of his size so she could only speculate .
After she had paid for them, she retracted her neck again and walked home quickly . The water was still going in the bathroom and Cheng Huan let out a sigh . She opened up the box of underwear and rinsed it under the tap .

New clothes were dirty . Other items were fine, but not something that was so intimate .
After she had rinsed and wringed it, she tossed it into the dryer and turned it on . Once the dryer has started, Cheng Huan covered it up and said to the man inside, “Take your time . I’ll hand the clothes to you when you are done . ”
The dryer was right outside of the bathroom with just a door between the two of them . Her voice could be heard clearly inside of the bathroom .
Jiang MingYuan gave a muffled grunt .

With only one article of clothing, it didn’t take too long for it to dry . Cheng Huan opened up the cover and took out the article of clothing that didn’t have a lot of fabric . She had the underwear that was still warm from the dryer in her left hand and the other three pieces of clothing in her right along with a clean towel when she walked over to the bathroom to give them to Jiang MingYuan . As soon as she lifted her hand and was about to touch the door, she hesitated .
It seemed kind of embarrassing to just go inside like that . What if she accidentally saw something that she shouldn’t have…
Thinking about that, Cheng Huan dropped her hands and put the clothes inside of a basket before she walked into the bedroom to wake XingXing . “Go and take the clothes outside of the bathroom to your dad . ”
