Jin Pingyue continued before Qin Dong's reply, "Hum! What's the point of your cultivation base? You drink every day and are always drunk. I'm afraid he won't learn anything and will waste his time if he follows you."

"Nonsense! I love drinking. But I'm never drunk. Jin Pingyue, don't ruin my reputation for snatching the disciple."

"Nonsense? You can confirm with Brother Lin and Fang Xian'er! Boy, don't listen to him. I'll try my best to teach you. If you make mistakes, I won't hit or curse you. But the monk is rude. You'll be beaten by him!" Jin Pingyue revealed her tenderness, which was persuasive.

No matter how, Jin Pingyue's image was better than the monk's. Dirty and slovenly with a bare big belly combined with the liquor gourd, he looked like a drunkard. Could a drunkard teach a disciple well? Jin Pingyue criticized the monk's shortcoming—his appearance, and made him nervous.

"Crap! I drown my sorrow in drinks, because I've not met a genius. Now a talent disciple emerges, I'll give up drinking and teach him well!" The monk answered anxiously.

"Hum! Can you make a crab walk straight?" Jin Pingyue replied flatly.

Qin Dong laughed secretively when watching Jin Pingyue and the monk quarreling for him. Either of them was inferior to him and unqualified to instruct him.

He wanted to say goodbye to them and stay out of the drama, but the monk changed strategy. He fished out a liquor jar from chest and blinked at Qin Dong smilingly, "Boy, I have good liquor. If you call me master, I'll give it to you. Heroes love drinking since ancient times. You also love it, don't you?"

"Monk, is it the liquor, Heart Burning?" Lin Qingfeng screeched.

The monk laughed hollowly and held confidence in himself.

"You told me the liquor is drunk up?" As a fan of drinking, Lin Qingfeng longed for the better Heart Burning liquor for a long time, but was cheated by the monk that it had been finished.

Beyond his expectation, the monk hid one jar. If the monk was not impatient to take Qin Dong as his disciple, he might not fish it out. That being said, he was determined to win.

Jin Pingyue was not easy to reconcile. Lin Qingfeng worried what if the friendship between the monk and Jin Pingyue broke for Qin Dong's sake?

"Ha…ha…Boy, you smell it. The liquor must be the best all over the world." As the monk opened the jar, thick aroma spread out from inside and seduced appetites.

The monk tempted, "How's it? I grudge drinking it! Call me master. The ceremony is saved. I'm not stubborn to outdated rules and ideas. Ha…ha…"

Jin Pingyue was nervous, and gazed at Qin Dong, worrying he might select the monk as his master.

Qin Dong did not fail her. He touched nose, smelled and waved head, "Sorry, I don't like it."

"What? You…you don't like drinking?" The monk was startled with eyes wide open, and doubted if Qin Dong was a man or not.

Qin Dong stretched one finger and shook, "No, I like drinking!"

"Why you say you don't like it?" The monk was confused.

Qin Dong grinned, "I just don't like your liquor."

Shocked, the monk pointed at Qin Dong and trembled all over as if bewitched, "You mean mine is not good?"

Qin Dong feigned astonishment, and widened his eyes, "What? You call it as liquor? I think it's cat urine!"

"You…you…you…I'm annoyed! You call the good liquor cat urine? You must be mad. Or I'm insane!"The monk could not accept as if reaching the point of breakdown.
