Imperial Capital
After I was made to listen endlessly about men’s high society, there was a message that the carriage’s preparation has completed so everybody headed to the carriage.
Sending us off are Alene, Aerith, the maids in the mansion, and all the soldiers who are available. By the way, the ones taking care of our needs after we get to the Imperial Capital are apparently the maids who are in the mansion that’s in the Imperial Capital.
“Then, Alene. I’ll be leaving the matters of the territory in your hands”

The two of them say that as they exchange kisses. Perhaps because she recalled what happened just now, Aerith’s face turns red, Filia and Chrona are raising a ruckus going ‘Kyaa kyaa’. And Eris is
“Just for now, it’s only just for now. If we go to the Imperial Capital, I as well can do this kind of thing and that kind of thing. But, there’s also Eliza in the Imperial Capital. Then, in the carriage? No, I can’t do that! I can’t do it in front of the children! Both Eliza and me with Sieg? That’s good!”
……I’ll pretend I didn’t hear anything. It’s fine to be lovey-dovey but, let’s stop saying it out loud. It’s embarassing for me who’s listening.
“Sieg-sama. The preparations have completed”
One soldier tells Sieg.
“Alright. Let’s set off!”
With Sieg’s order, the carriage starts to move. For Filia, Chrona, and I, it’s our first time going somewhere far. We’ve been to nearby towns or villages though. Imperial Capital huh~ I’m looking forward to it!
Two weeks later
……I’m bored. There’s nothing to do. Filia and Chrona look like they are bored as well. Both of them were in high spirits in the beginning but, they are probably sick of the unchanging scenery and the endlessly shaking carriage. We can only alight when it’s resting time or when we go to a town or village in order to rest. Because there’s nothing in particular to do, it gets boring right away. Since even I who am an adult on the inside is like this, it’s probably rough for the two of them.
“Chichiue. By the way, regarding my two brothers”
That’s right, I’m meeting my two brothers this time. I don’t remember anything at all because I met them when I was born.
“Now that you mention it, Lei only met them when you were born. You wouldn’t remember that. The last time I met them was also last year. The oldest brother is, Marco・Runwalker. He’s the same age as Aerith, 11 years old, Runwalker family’s eldest son. The second son Vont・Runwalker is a year younger, 10 years old. They grow up quickly around these ages. And there joins Chrona as well. I got both of them together and stroked both their heads. The three of them are looking at that sight like they are having fun.
We are passing the time while having fun and, the carriage is knocked from the outside.
“What’s wrong”
“Sieg-sama. The Imperial Capital is in sight”
“Oo! Is that so. Then inform them in advance”
“Understood”
Finally the Imperial Capital huh. It’s also farewell to this butt pain. Thereupon, Filia
“Onii-sama! Imperial Capital? You promised to go shopping with us after we arrive there! You must!”
emphasizes it to me. This mood, she doesn’t know what kind of a place the Imperial Capital is……since she tilted her head to the side when she said Imperial Capital.
“Of course I know. But we won’t be going immediately after arriving today so it’ll be from tomorrow onwards”
“That’s right. Today, there’s going to the mansion and meeting with Eliza and the others as well. The two of you are probably also exhausted. Please have a nice rest in the mansion for today”
“”Yes””
The two of them raise their hands and answer. Un, Onii-chan is glad that you girls are reasonable children.
“There, it’s visible”
Large city walls are visible from the windows. The city walls are about slightly larger than the ones of the Margrave’s territory. Well, it’s those large city walls that are rare though. There are plenty of carriages that are parked by the gate. I ask Chloe about it and, they are apparently waiting for the entry application.
Our carriage reaches the gate and, the soldiers come closer.
“Margrave Runwalker-sama is it. Please show me your pass”
I’m told that it’s apparently a pass that only nobles possess. It’s created by magic that’s exclusive to the royal family so it can’t be forged or something.
“Yes. It is indeed Margrave Runwalker-sama’s pass. Welcome! To the Imperial Capital!”
And then I stepped into the Imperial Capital for the very first time.
