“Probably?” asked the boss caringly . “You made plans?”
“No, not really,” Yan Shuyu explained, “But Manager Yang didn’t mention that he has other plans tonight, so I am guessing he will be hanging out with us . ”
Oh, so you two had been together for so long that there was already tacit understanding between the two of you? Nevertheless, the boss smiled and asked, “Isn’t it better if you ask him his opinion before making that decision for him?”
“Is it?” Yan Shuyu was never a stubborn person . The serious look on the boss had her convinced . Lamenting about how thorough a person the boss was, she nodded her understanding and said, “Okay, let me ask him then . ”
As soon as she had finished saying that, she saw her little buddy standing not too far away from her out of the corners of her eyes . She quickly waved at him and asked, “Manager Yang, are you coming with us?”
Manager Yang originally felt that his little buddy’s question was very unnecessary . But, thinking about Boss Zhou, he suddenly got it . How did Boss Zhou have so much free time today? To a point that he started video chatting with Yan Shuyu as soon as they sat down and the call lasted all the way till the end of dinner, leaving no time for Yanyan to eat . The little kiddos had reached an agreement earlier already . Both of them said at the same time, “Bumper cars!”
Learning her lesson, Yan Shuyu turned around and said solemnly, “Okay . We can go for bumper cars, but only for one hour . Then we will head home . No disagreements . ”
Both little kiddos nodded docilely, but Yan Shuyu, feeling that wasn’t good enough, made them pinky promise her before she had Zhang Yang take them to the plaza .
