Lu Li started cultivation as soon as he was back to the Northern Desert.
He had been working hard on cultivation. Others were busy so he could not live a too comfortable life. Otherwise, he would be denounced by others.
He asked Madam Yan to organize the national inventory. After the Heaven Frigid Kingdom and the Heaven Cold Kingdom were defeated, a large amount of Mystical Materials were seized. The two kingdoms had put aside many valuable things over the years.
Madam Yan needed to go through the inventory, leaving behind what they would be in need of and the rest would be sold to the Pavilion of Delicacy's Chamber of Commerce by Ming Yu. He would also buy back some materials for reaching and cultivation of the Noble Lord Realm.
The Northern Desert was a deserted land that hardly had any rare materials. Central Plains was a vast land with abundant resources. One could buy Mystical Materials for the Noble Lord Realm or even the Human Sovereign Realm as long as one had Xuan Crystals.
Bai Xiashuang stayed to help out Madam Yan and she would go to keep Lu Feixue accompany from time to time as well and cultivate every now and then. Clearly, this was Madam Yan's idea. Madam Yan knew Lu Li valued Lu Feixue's opinions very much so she thought if she could win Lu Feixue over, the marriage between Bai Xiashuang and Lu Li might be a done deal.
At the same time, Madam Yan sent someone to look for Bai Qiuxue in that small world. Bai Qiuxue had a closer relationship with Lu Li. As long as one of the twins could marry Lu Li, the status of the Bai Family could be secured.

Yu Huashen was famous for this at the Northern Desert and people call him Butcher Yu. His reputation was only second to Lu Li. There were so many who died on his hands that people at the Northern Desert were terrified of him.
After a month, the Northern Desert was stabilized!
Nobody dared to make trouble and no city was in chaos. Under the management of Madam Yan, things gradually went back to track. She took over control of most of the mines, farms and others. A large quantity of Mystical Materials were being harvested.
Ming Yu had gone to the Central Plains twice to do business. The chamber of commerce adopted a nice attitude. Just as Jiang Hong said, Ming Yu could sell at the Central Plains price and buy with 20% off.
Lu Li came out after a month's cultivation. During this month, his Xuan Energy was refilled and his Soul Pond enlarged again. He didn't come out because he was tired. He had received a piece of news.

There had been a patriarch of the Bai Family guarding outside of the small world. Bai Qiuxue never came out and there was no dead body found in there. Those ones went to find her caught some Green Dwarfs and none of them heard that Bai Qiuxue had been killed…
No dead body, no living person. She had gone missing.
Madam Yan became nervous upon receiving the news. She sent Bai Leng to go in and look for Bai Qiuxue first while she came to Lu Li. Bai Qiuxue was Bai Family's future. Madam Yan couldn't allow anything happen to Bai Qiuxue.
Upon learning the news, Lu Li went out at once and then left with Ming Yu and Ye Cha. At the same time, he had someone to send a message to Yu Huashen to teleport to the Heaven Prison City. The three Noble Lord Realm warriors had their own unique tricks. They could control the situation in the small world together.
Lu Li also asked all the Fate Wheel Realm warriors of the Bai Family that stayed at the Thousand-island Lake to go to the small world. The more people there were, the easier they could search for Bai Qiuxue.
The Heaven Frigid City also had a Teleportation Formation built that connected with the Heaven Prison City directly. Lu Li brought his men and teleported over. Madam Yan stayed behind at the Ling Empress City but Bai Xiashuang and Zi Lian left with Lu Li. Bai Xiashuang was worried about Bai Qiuxue and Zi Lian wanted to empower herself with this experience.

asked Yu Huashen to take out an Iron-armored Ship and they boarded.
The entrance to the small world with Green Dwarfs was hundreds of miles to the west of the Heaven Prison Island. That area was referred to as a region of demons by the people of the Thousand-island Lake. There were fierce wind and powerful sea creatures there. Average fishermen could not survive there.
Once Ming Yu mentioned that there was a place at the Thousand-island Lake with frequent occurrence of tornados. This was the place he was talking about. The entrance of the small world was under the waters. The fact that tornados were so common here must have something to do with the entrance.
The Iron-armored Ship they took was the one they had at the Lu Family. It was very fast. In just four hours, they had arrived at the lake area.
"This is strange."
Lu Li gazed into the sky. It was dim, depressingly dim. The waters surged on and the color in this area was darker. One could sense danger without having to move close.
Of course, this was for average people. Lu Li and those came with him were powerful. He had three warriors of the Noble Lord Realm with him so it was okay.
The Iron-armored Ship rushed on and charged into the area of demons. Lu Li squinted. He saw a tornado in the distance. Below that, there was a huge swirl in the waters. There were some qi and energy of Xuan Beasts coming from that area.
"Yung Master!"
Ming Yu said, "The entrance to the small world is under the swirl. The tornado is still here so it will be risky to be close. Should we…wait?"
"What's there to be afraid of?"
This tornado was much smaller than the one they saw at sea last time. Also, they would be in the water. Lu Li waved his hand and said, "Go, let's go. Yu Huashen, lead the way. Clan the way. Clan Leader Ye, protect Zi Lian and Bai Xiashuang. Ming Yu, follow us."
Lu Li gave out his orders. The others didn't try to talk him out of this anymore. They put away the Iron-armored Ship and dived in.
"Moo~"
From in the lake, came a muffled sound of a cow which disturbed the Xuan Beasts in the lake. Yu Huashen dived in like a swimming dragon and he unsheathed his sword. Ming Yu also made a move. He killed some sea lion-like beasts one by one at ease.
Lu Li didn't wait for the Fate Wheel Realm warriors from the Thousand-island Lake to arrive. He could see a huge swirl in the lake in the distance and they were moving closer to that uncontrollably.
This was nothing. Yu Huashen was not afraid of it at all. They dived into the depth of the lake and then swam downward with the swirl.
Bai Xiashuang and Zi Lian were losing control of their movements. They grabbed onto Lu Li's hands at once and pressed their bodies on him. Lu Li's heart skipped a beat. In the waters, the girls were practically naked even though they had their clothes on…
The speed of spinning was picking up. Everyone was sucked into a pitch dark tunnel.
After nobody could tell how long, they felt like they had fallen from the sky. They could see things now with light and they had arrived into a bizarre small world.
"Whoosh, whoosh~"
Before Lu Li had any time to check out the views, he suddenly found endless Green Dwarfs coming at him from all directions. There were so many of them that he could not see the end…
