Jiang Shaoliu was delighted.
Xiao Bai had a bigger head than he remembered, but he had the same look to him of planning to do something naughty.
Xiao Bai was creeping over the edge of the platform, turning his head left and right.
There were only military masters in the area and they seemed to be with Jiang Shaoliu, so Xiao Bai didn't worry about it.
Ruo Feng wondered in his vantage point, "What is that tiger doing there?"
The livestream viewership noticed it as well.
"Wow, that's one big tiger! When did that thing show up?"

Lin Yuetao and the other three great masters had surrounded the two giants from four directions, but they didn't dare to make the first move.
The two giants ignored them and kept on moving towards the vine ball. The ground shook beneath their heavy feet.
The four masters slowly followed the giants. Lin Yuetao didn't know what to do; he just kept his staff at the ready.
Those two giant monsters gave off an oppressive, heavy aura, which made them want to get far away from them.
The four masters were forcing themselves to stay calm, but they were feeling worse and worse.
When the two giants reached the vine ball, they looked at each other and nodded.

They punched the vine ball at the same time.
The tightly wound ball shook violently and crumpled inwards. The giants flailed their arms and tore at the vines, throwing the shredded pieces to the ground.
The pile on the ground grew until a gap finally appeared on the surface, revealing a glowing, misty interior with the rare fruit floating in the center. There were three dark and bright rings around its surface, just like the platforms around Liang Duan Mountain. A wonderful aroma wafted out through the opening.
"This smell…" Jiang Shaoliu took a deep breath and felt spiritual. His true qi began to flow even faster. The two life rings were excited too and began buzzing and pulling him toward the rare fruit.
The giants continued ripping out pieces of vine and enlarging the hole in the surface of the ball. In turn, the vines were slowly contracting and tightening to close up the gap.
The aroma of the fruit invigorated Lin Yuetao. He opened his eyes and rushed forward, roaring, "Charge!!!"
The four people flashed in silver and began to close in on the two beast-headed giants.
Lin Yuetao jumped and whipped his staff like a tiger's tail, striking the giants' backs.
Oxhead dropped a handful of vines to the ground and swung his massive palm back like a pan.

Golden light flashed as the staff struck the furry palm and bounced back sharply. Lin Yuetao shook his numb wrist and was surprised to find a crack along the length of his staff, even though it was harder than alloy steel.
The ox-headed giant turned around with terrible red eyes, spewing hot steam from his nostrils.
Yin Manshu whipped her crystal strings and wound them around Horseface's left leg, but no matter how hard she pulled, the giant remained rooted in place like a stone pillar.
Bai Long tried to pierce Horseface's leg with his sword, but it only bent and recoiled off his thick hide. A single hair of fur fell to the ground.
Chi Xiao's claws glowed silver as if dipped in mercury as he struck his fingers at the giant's foot. The beast simply kicked him away, snapping the claws with ease.
The horse-faced giant suddenly roared and shook his left leg. Yin Manshu had no chance to loosen her grip and was pulled up off the ground by the strings wrapped around her fingers, dropping back down with a startled yelp.
"Dumbass," Jiang Shaoliu thought as he rushed forward to catch her.
His palm accidentally latched onto a piece of her body that made him immediately tense up with embarrassment.
"You…" Yin Manshu's face instantly assumed the color of a ripe tomato.
"So what?" he grumbled. "I want you to survive long enough for me to kill you myself!"
The giants ignored them and continued tearing out the vines.
"Stop them from taking the fruit!" Lin Yuetao smacked the Ox over the head.
Bai Long focused and became brighter advancing on the horse-faced giant.
Yin Manshu turned her wrist over and quickly lashed all the strings together to form a silver chain, glancing at Jiang Shaoliu angrily one more before charging at the giant beast.
"Is that chain that much better? You just got your ass handed to you! You should learn from your mistakes," Jiang Shaoliu muttered to himself and looked at the vine ball.
The ball, previously over ten meters in diameter, had now shrunk to less than four meters, leaving no gap in its surface. It rotated slowly, as if too weak to resist.
"At this rate…" Jiang Shaoliu thought about Xiao Bai's big head, "Xiao Bai could swallow it, vines and all!"

The debate raged in the livestream chatroom.
"Oh my God, that thing with the bull horns is so strong even Lion Warrior can't defeat it!"
"Are they golden? Do you think they have golden life rings?"
"Oh wow, Jiang Shaoliu just totally saved Yin Manshu! He's so kind!
"Look, the military is working together with that big tiger."
Xiao Bai was still creeping around the edge of the third platform, carefully poking his head over the bluff and quickly shrinking back.
Several dozen military masters were lying in wait a little further down the slope, tensely gripping onto their weapons.
"What's going on up there, Xiao Bai?" Liu Guang whispered.
Xiao Bai peeked over again and shook his big head noncommittally.
Chen Anguo looked over the edge of the platform and said in a low voice, "The shell containing the fruit is about four meters in diameters and the hole is closing fast."
Liu Guang nodded and wiped the sweat off his brow. "I've never used one before," he held up the submachinegun someone had given him. "How accurate is this thing?"
Chen Anguo handed him a rocket launcher and said, "Try this. It has an auto-targeting function so you only have to lock on and pull the trigger."
"All right." With a deep breath, Liu Guang took the rocket launcher and tried looking into the scope.
Chen Anguo picked up the submachine gun and tested it, then he gave Liu Guang a box of rocket grenades and told him, "Don't waste them. We've used most of the ammunition on those nine silver bastard just now and this is all we have left."
"Okay." Liu Gung closed his eyes and focused.
The skinny soldier and five other two-silver life ringed masters were holding cold weapons, and only the thick-armed burly soldier was holding onto two bags filled to the brim with small stones.
"Learning from Doctor Jiang?" the skinny soldier tested the weight of a stone in his palm and said, "Doctor is a human machinegun. I'll be very impressed if you can do as well as him."
The huge soldier hummed, "I've never wanted to compare myself with the Doctor. Why don't you sharpen your trident instead of blabbering?"
The skinny soldier giggled and fished out a whetstone from his pocket.
