Chapter 1401: Struggle Of The Trapped Beast (4)
Shen Yanxiao’s heart sank. She had already heard the determination in Vermillion Bird’s tone.
Now that she was already aware of the strength of the other party, Shen Yanxiao could only pray that Taotie would not be able to break out from the cage of the elves.
Soon, Shen Yanxiao had arrived at the dungeon in the depths of the palace along with the other Silvermoon Guard elves.
There was an extremely huge cage, hundreds of meters deep into the ground.

Throughout the whole dungeon, only Taotie's roars could be heard, and all the elves pressed their mouth tight and solemnly stood in place.
Whether they could keep their lives or they would meet their deaths here depended on the inscriptions of these Enchanters!
The constantly increasing power of the enchantment had shortened the iron chain on Taotie's body by an inch. Like the peak of a mountain being pushed down, his head dropped to the ground, and then lightning-like golden rays surrounded Taotie’s entire body.
The sound of the explosion was deafening, and the lightning ray that struck Taotie’s tough scales left his body a more blackened trace.
After nearly an hour, Taotie's restlessness gradually subsided. He was no longer angered, and no longer trying to struggle free of the restriction, but was quietly kneeling on the ground, staring at the elves standing in front of him and watching himself with his pair of red-eyes.
