Wen stumbled and heard a deep voice before she could balance herself .
“Rest assured, Teacher Ding, I will not let anyone pick on her,” said Nalan Chunbo blankly, his tone leaving no room for arguments .
Wen Shan continued to stand aside without saying a word .
Ding Junhui looked at Nalan Chunbo’s hand that was holding Wen Shan’s wrist then looked at Nalan Chunbo .
“Dean…” Ding Junhui glanced at Wen Shan and paused, then corrected his words, “I am sure that Mr . Nalan will not allow anyone to pick on Wen Shan . My mind is at ease if that is the case,” Ding Junhui nodded and said then walked away .
If he had no chance before this, now he had no chance at all .
The man who she loved so much had come for her . Does that mean that no one else would have a chance anymore?

Nalan Chunbo stood there and calmed himself down . He wished he had recorded what Wen Shan said so she could listen to herself when she refused to marry him in the future .
Wen Shan almost ran all the way back to her room and threw herself onto her bed . “Are you overthinking again, Wen Shan?” She hugged her bolster and said loudly .

Shoulder devil: Are you stupid? Have you forgotten the pain from the way he treated you?
