"I won't sell him, no matter how much you offer," Jiang Chen said firmly.
The girl had fair skin and thin lips. Her eyebrows were arched, her mouth small. She was a lovely girl.
Not until then did she set her eyes on Jiang Chen. She was surprised at the refusal, but she found it interesting.
"Are you sure?" Her voice sounded beautiful. She was smiling.

She looked up at the shop sign and found it was a spiritual herb shop.
Soon, Jiang Chen walked out of there with Whitty. He looked disappointed.
The girl walked into the shop quickly and asked the salesperson, "A guy came in here with a tiger a minute ago. What was he looking for?"
"Eh?" The salesperson didn't feel it appropriate to tell her.
"Miss Gao, welcome. That youngster asked for some spiritual herbs. All of them were very special. We have none here. I suggested that he go to the Sacred Wind Chamber of Commerce," the manager of the shop recognized her and told her immediately with respect.
The girl went back to the street and walked towards the Sacred Wind Chamber of Commerce. She saw the youngster and the white tiger, as expected.

The girl was given a good scare. She turned around and saw Jiang Chen standing there. He had a light smile on his face. In comparison, Whitty was the unfriendly one this time. His eyes had turned red.
"When did you realize?" the girl asked.
"I asked you first."
The girl curled her lips. She rolled her eyes and said, "No offense. I'm just curious about your mount."
"Stop following me or you'll regret it," Jiang Chen said coldly. He didn't want to waste his time with her.
"Wait."
The girl hurried to follow him when she saw him leaving. She said, "I can see you're not familiar with the Sacred City, and you need to buy some things, right?"
"Yeah?"
"I can be your guide. I know every street here well."
Without waiting for Jiang Chen's response, the girl smiled and said, "We'll be friends then. Can I pet your mount when we become friends?"
Jiang Chen didn't speak for a while and then said, "Whitty has his own temper. You can only pet him if he likes you."
"No problem. Everyone in the Sacred City likes me."
The girl squatted down and took out a piece of delicious bacon from somewhere. She was tempting Whitty with it.
"Whitty, you want it?" said the girl.
Whitty, who had been so cool, suddenly became crazy. His eyes had turned blue again. He was drooling, but he managed to restrain himself and turn his head to the side.
The girl was amused. She held the bacon out to him. Whitty kept turning his head aside until he couldn't turn it more.
"Miss, my mount has been through very strict training. He won't eat strangers' food, you know, to avoid poison," Jiang Chen said unhappily.
"Alright."
The girl took the bacon back and looked towards Jiang Chen. She said, "You look younger than me, but sound quite mature. Come on. I'll show you the way to the Sacred Wind Chamber of Commerce."
"Let me introduce myself. I'm Gao Tian'ai from the family with the inheritance of phoenix blood, the Gaos," the girl introduced herself proudly. Jiang Chen slipped into a daze. What a coincidence.
"Miss Gao," Jiang Chen said.
"And you?"
"Jiang Chen."
"And?"
Gao Tian'ai was surprised that Jiang Chen had only told her his name without mentioning his background.
"Okay. Let's go."
Then she took Jiang Chen to the Sacred Wind Chamber of Commerce.
With the introduction of Gao Tian'ai, Jiang Chen came to learn this was one of the biggest chambers of commerce in the Sacred City.

The chamber of commerce was full of people, very busy.

They sized Jiang Chen up with their sharp eyes, then gave a meaningful smile.
Jiang Chen realized that in a place like the Sacred City, one's social position could be decided by his clothes.
He didn't feel anything weird when he was walking with Gao Tian'ai, but the local people could see they weren't a good match.
On the other hand, Jiang Chen was young and handsome, so many people had assumed he was Gao Tian'ai's boy-toy.
