Lynk, says that as he looks over to me. Everybody else looks over as well. It’s somewhat embarrassing.

The reason being, he decides wilfully without consulting us like just now. Because of that, we’ve experienced numerous dangerous encounters.

Marie who’s trembling and shaking Lynk’s head. The surroundings went ‘Again huh’ and laughs. We have to put a stop to it soon.

Marie is showing her identification papers that’s her guild card while talking to the gate guard. Indeed, the gate guards who dealt with it also have this somewhat exhausted look.
Two weeks after this investigations begin, the very day we start investigating, it seems this town was attacked by dead spirits. Because we headed for a different village during that time, we were late.
When we went inside, we barely caught sight of anyone. Furthermore, the traces of the battles are left here and there.

“Mylene suddenly became in pain after passing through the door of this town. We can’t do anything so we brought you to the lodge for the time being. We had a physician look at you but, the physician says it’ll be fine if you rest. Are you really alright?”
Marie-san who’s looking into my face with a worried look. Did I cause her that much worry. When I nod, perhaps Marie also relaxed, she drinks her beverage.
But, I wonder what’s that tightening of my chest? It really happened out of a sudden without any reason. It’ll be great if it’s nothing…….
“That reminds me, where’s Lynk and the others?”
“Nn? Lynk and the others went asking about the matter regarding the dead spirits attacking. That idiot, I punched him because he tried to come into a lady’s room without any restraint”
“……Haha, please keep it in moderation”
“It’ll depend on him”
I laugh at Marie-san who says that. The two of us chat after that and, a knock is heard from the door. When Marie-san opens it, voices could be heard. It seems the two of them have returned.
“Mylene, Lynk and the others came back, they want to talk about the fruits of their labour but, is it fine?”
“Ee, it’s fine”
I nod and, Marie brings Lynk and the others, and enter the room.
“Ou, don’t you look energetic”
“I’m glad you woke up”
“My apologies for making you worry”
When I lower my head, the two of them laughs and forgives me. Fufu, this is a good team as I thought.
“Now then, since everybody’s gathered, let’s talk. Depending on the contents, the movements from now on may change”
