The moment the thermos opened, the delicious smell of cooked food filled the room.
The men, who were flat from hunger, felt their stomachs rumble.
Qi Chengyu placed all the different compartments of the thermos out on the table and handed Qiao Qing a pair of chopsticks, “Qingqing, eat.”
Qi Yuyang swallowed, “Fifth bro, why did you only cook one portion?”
Qi Chengyu said without any shame in his voice, “I only brought my sister’s portion.”

Qiao Qing picked up the chopsticks then placed them back down. Awkwardly, she looked at the few pitiful men.
Qi Chengyu sighed and made a call, “Bring it all in.”
Before long, a group of people dropped off multiple thermoses. When opened, the smell was the same as before.
Qi Yuyang’s eyes brightened. He completely forgot about how he had just been cursed at as he shouted, “Fifth bro, your heart is soft!”
“Not soft towards you,” Qi Chengyu said, “If it weren’t for the fact that my sister is too embarrassed to eat alone, I never would’ve brought yours!”
The men did not try to deny this and started to eat.
Qi Chengyu eyed the man on the bed, “This is our uncle?”
