Shen Luo’an was startled to see Shen Manting standing beside the light switch, clad in a nightgown .
“You’re home, honey . ” Shen Manting walked up to him . “I’ll take off your coat for you . ”

Shen Manting ran her fingers over his coat and removed it for him .
Then, she hung his coat up and said, “Wait here a minute . I’ll run the bath for you . ”
Shen Luo’an looked at her curiously and asked, “What’s going on?”
Shen Manting blushed and insisted, “I’m only helping you run the bath . ”

Shen Luo’an felt a rush of warmth in his heart when he heard the sound of running water coming from the bathroom .
He walked into the bathroom and saw Shen Manting sitting on the edge of the bathtub, staring at the hot water flowing into the tub .

Shen Luo’an glanced at her with a slightly confused expression as he slowly walked over to her . “What’s the matter with you today?” he asked .
Shen Manting looked down, embarrassed . “It’s nothing…” she murmured .

“I… I hope to be a loving wife . ” Shen Manting looked insecure and glanced up at him with a sparkle in her clear, innocent eyes . “From now on, honey, I’ll run the bath for you every day . I don’t know how to prepare breakfast for you before you leave for work, but I’ll fasten your tie for you!”
The glint of hope shining in her eyes was alluring .
Shen Luo’an’s heart fluttered as he stared at his lovely wife in front of him .
“I’ll learn how to make lunchboxes…” she trailed off and gasped, startled by his sudden embrace . “What… what’s the matter?”
