Didn’t she hate it when he touched just the corner of her clothes before?
“Did it work?” Fang Xinxin looked puzzled at his rarely startled expression .
Bai Qinghao reached out to touch her little hand . His voice was a little touched . “Fang Xinxin……”
This was the first time that she took the initiative to care about him .
“Hmm?” She asked softly .
Her gentle tone made him feel a lot of tartness . He had thought that he could never wait until a time when she was nice to him .
He was silent and didn’t speak . How nice would it be if she was this gentle to him all her life?
“I’m thirsty . I want some tea . ” Fang Xinxin picked up the teacup that Bai Qinghao had drunk from . She drank all of the tea in two gulps .
From the time she had eloped with Bai Chenxi last night to being taken by Bai Qinghao to now, she hadn’t drunk any water . So, how could one cup be enough? She picked up the teapot and poured a cup out . She drank it in one gulp .
And another cup and another cup . And another cup……
After six or seven cups, the pot of tea was gone .
She told the maid at the side, “Go bring three jugs of water over . Use bigger jugs!”
“Yes . ” The maid immediately went to the kitchen and carried three jugs of water over .
