Ikeda Rikio's figure suddenly blurred as he stood up from his mount and suddenly jumped towards me. As everything happened too quickly, I was caught completely unprepared!

A muffled sound came out, it sounded as though someone's head had knocked onto a wall, but I clearly heard the sound from my mind and not my ears.
"You….?" Ikeda Rikio did not merge into my body as to how I thought it would had happened, and instead stumbled backward and exclaimed out loud as his mount quickly caught him.
A voice came out from behind me, It sounded like Phantom.
"Ouch! It hurts! Don't you know what is first come, first served? I'm already in here, you better queue up and wait for your turn!"
It turned out that a Character can only merge with another once, Phantom had already merged into my body, and it can be seen as having two spirits in one flesh body, but now that Ikeda Rikio tried to merge into me, It is like another spirit trying to enter, but my flesh body can't handle so many spirits. Thus, Ikeda Rikio had collided with Phantom, who was purely in a spiritual form without a tangible body, but he could be touched by another spirit. Ikeda Rikio's attempt to possess me resulted in him colliding with Phantom. The end result was both Ikeda Rikio and Phantom were being forced out of my body!
I was perspiring in cold sweat at that moment, I barely escaped with my life. "Go and die!" My first reaction was to slash forward with the Dragon King Sword in hand at an extremely fast speed and caused both Ikeda Rikio and his Mount to be sliced in half.
After slicing Ikeda Rikio in half, I turned back to look at the battle between the Companions. Out of my expectations, Ikeda Rikio's Companions were actually still fighting.
Ikeda Rikio's voice suddenly rang out. "Hahahaha! Don't you know? I am Japan's only Soul Manipulator, my unique class has a Passive Ability called Symbiosis, unless my Companions are all killed, I can't be killed! Hahahaha!"
Soul Manipulators actually have such a passive ability? Soul Manipulators are a special class, but the shops in cities only sell ordinary spellbooks and only special NPCs provides the special spells for such hidden classes. But ever since I started playing [Zero], I've hardly had the time to step into the cities, much less being able to meet the special NPCs. I rarely even meet the blacksmiths, pharmacists or popular NPCs, much less the special NPCs hidden in the cities!
Ikeda Rikio actually found an NPC that had rewarded him with a Soul Manipulator Spell, he truly struck it big! Right from the start, I, as a Soul Manipulator, have only managed to utilize the additional Companions slots and the additional increase in Magical Attack, I don't even know how to gain the necessary skills or even, where to begin. As for the Experience Absorption, for some reason, it is still grayed out and unusable, I suppose my level is insufficient or I need to fulfill some special requirement to activate!
Although Ikeda Rikio was killed by me, he and his Companions have the Symbiosis skill, looks like it is a must to kill all of them!
The situation was still as chaotic. Phiona and the Fire Phoenix were still at odds with each other clearly because Phiona was not high leveled enough to attack and could only resort to defending.
Lucky and the Faerie Dragon were still biting at each other. Without magic, the Faerie Dragon could only rely on her claws and teeth to resist Lucky, but obviously Lucky was having it easy, and his victory was only a matter of time.
The Silver Wasps had cleared the Thunderbirds and were by my side waiting for my next command.
Loong'er was coiled around the mouth of the Unknown Monster, preventing it from moving while Tank was hugging onto the Monster's tail and nibbling it bit by bit, their victory depended on the speed of Tank's meal.
Aldeina was providing Supporting spells for Phiona, it was a pity that Phiona's Magic Immunity also affects supporting spells, as the supporting spells that increased her damage did not do much at all!
Phiona was having the most difficult time, and I should be helping her, but I was of no use in a battle between two Phoenixes. Even before I could get close, I would be burnt to death, thus I decided to help Lucky to kill the Faerie Dragon first, and have Lucky settle on the Fire Phoenix.
As for the Silver Wasps, I should let them help Phiona first, at least to hold on until we have finished with this monster.
"Heart Piercer!" I equipped the Dragon Lance and rushed forward from the Faerie Dragon's back, along with various other spells that could nuke high damage.
The Dragon Lance's tip unleashed an explosion. The Faerie Dragon's scales was unable to handle my Ultimate Attack, causing the Faerie Dragon to freeze. Seeing the opportunity, Lucky chomped down at the Faerie Dragon's chest, the bite looked devastating. Lucky forcefully swung his head out, and ripped out a large chunk of flesh, along with blood that sprayed across Lucky's body. The Faerie Dragon spasmed intensely while Lucky grabbed onto the Faerie Dragon from its back. Seeing that the Faerie Dragon was about to die, I suddenly had a very bad thought.
According to the system, one need not obtain a Companion by capturing wild Monsters, a player's Companion can also be captured, but once a person's companion is captured by another player, the owner will not only lose his Companion but also suffer the punishment of having one Companion Slot removed.
If I can capture the Faerie Dragon, Ikeda Rikio will lose a Companion Slot. Although I have reached a limit for my Companions, I can keep the Dragon Egg and give it to someone else, or maybe even sell it at the Auction House and earn a large sum of money!
Lucky grabbed onto the Faerie Dragon and prevented it from struggling free. That was when I removed my gloves and used [Capture]. I received a notification stating that I was initiating an attack on another player, but the Faerie Dragon was Ikeda Rikio's Companion and we were not from the same Country, thus although I had received the notification, it did not reveal the player's ID or any PK protection etc. The system's notification also revealed the Faerie Dragon's Loyalty, which was at 87, still a distance away from 90!
Hahaha! Heavens is truly helping me!
I attempted [Capture] multiple times and failed, but the information box revealed that the Faerie Dragon's Loyalty was constantly dropping. Basically, every three [Capture] spells that I used would reduce the Faerie Dragon's Loyalty by 1 point, furthermore, the more I decreased the Loyalty, the faster the Loyalty would be reduced.
After casting [Capture] for about 30 times, every single cast would cause the Faerie Dragon's Loyalty to drop by one. When its Loyalty dropped to 23, a white light flashed. The Faerie Dragon transformed into a purple Dragon Egg and landed in Lucky's claws. I anxiously kept the Dragon Egg in my Bracelet as it was definitely worth a few cities! The last time I sold the few Companion Eggs, they were already worth a huge sum of money, a Dragon would be worth much more than all of them combined!
But it will be best if I return and asked the rest first, I can gift it to someone who doesn't have a Companion, I'm not lacking in money now anyway, it isn't a need to sell it.

After keeping the Dragon Egg, I looked up and saw Lucky already entangling with the Fire Phoenix. Phiona gasped for breaths by the side, her black flames were flickering so badly that it looked as though her flames were close to being extinguished! Lucky completely ignored the Fire Phoenix's attacks and engaged in a firefight. Every time the Fire Phoenix unleashed flames, Lucky would unleash his Dragon Fire. Although this technique was a no-brainer, Lucky was constantly being healed by Aldeina, and the Fire Phoenix was close to exhaustion due to its previous battle with Phiona. All in all, Lucky was at the advantage.
In the distance, I could not get close, and could only use my Crossbow to shoot at the Fire Phoenix. As the Fire Phoenix was many levels higher than Phiona, it was able to bring down many Silver Wasps that had surrounded it while fighting Phiona, and less than 30 of the Silver Wasps were left. But, many ants can still bite an elephant to death. After being restored, Phiona joined back in the battle alongside Lucky and with the support of my crossbow arrows, we managed to beat down the Fire Phoenix. I kept my Crossbow and moved over with the intent to capture the Phoenix, but the information box revealed that the Phoenix's Loyalty was 100, It was impossible!
Flying into a fit of rage due to my attempt to capture it, the Fire Phoenix used all of its remaining strength to unleash a Fireball at me before dying. It was not an ordinary Fireball.
The Fireball used by Mages were classified as Basic Spells, and all Beginner Staffs were equipped with this Magic. It could be called a Universal Spell, and all Mages would have it! Although the Fire Phoenix's Fireball looked like a Fireball, in reality, it should be called [Phoenix Heart Flames], its might multiple folds stronger than any Mage's Fireball. At that moment when I was unable to avoid the spell, the Fire Gem on my Helmet flickered with a light and the mercury flowed out in front of me and formed a shield, like how it did when it blocked the missile, and successfully intercepted the Fireball. Apart from the green smoke that arose from the collision, nothing else occurred.
The mercury is indeed strange, it only seems to react towards high speed flying objects and Magic, but does not activate when in close battle brawls. I guessed that it could only protect me against long-range attacks or Magical attacks, and useless in melee battles!
After handling the Fire Phoenix, I turned back with the thought to help Loong'er. To my surprise, I was not needed, Loong'er was idling by the side, Tank was already holding onto the Monster's Head nibbling away!
We waited for Tank to finish eating before we descended to the ground. The Weather Test had ended, and the ground was covered with a layer of white snow. Apparently, the Weather Test not only tested in thunder and lightning but even trialed on a blizzard! Aside from Lucky, I unsummoned Phiona and the rest. Hope and Felix had logged off in the sky, who knew if they would appear in the sky when they logged back in or appear on the ground with the relative coordinates as to where they logged off in the sky. If they relogged and appeared in the sky, I could still get Lucky to intercept them while falling.
I laid on the floor in boredom and sky gazed while Lucky slept soundly by the side. Dragons slept the most! Previously, to prevent them from affecting me in battle, I had them logged off, but I did not know when they would come back on, thus I had to wait in boredom, and decided to use the time to sort out the mess in my Bracelet. Although the Bracelet ignored Weight, there were too many things inside, that affected me in looking for things! Like the last time when I had to hand Clark the materials, it took me a long time to find them. Since I had nothing to do, I packed everything neatly.
If I had never organized it, I would have never known, but it truly gave me the shock of my life! I had everything inside my Bracelet! Firstly, I organized the materials that I had gathered from Monsters to one side, which piled up to the size of a hill, and aside from the common materials like [Refined Iron] or [Black Wood], I had many strange pelts and monster nuclei. Aside from materials, I had plenty of equipment, all the drops from mobs that I killed while leveling were picked up by me, unlike many others who got lazy to pick up all the trash equipment, I never left one on the ground. After packing all of them, I realised that I truly had plenty of junk. There were all sorts of equipment, enough to equip a 1000 players!
Aside from the junk equipment, I realized that there were many Unidentified Items, which were usually equipment with additional properties. I figured, since I had nothing to do, I could practice on my Appraised skill. 99% of items were appraised successfully in one try, and basically, all of them were trash with one or two lousy properties, which were good for Beginners, but I was already close to Level 500, all of it was useless for me! Suddenly, I noticed a Crystal Ball among the trash.
What's that?
I finally remembered where I had obtained it, it was from Loong'er's Father, the Ryu [Named Ao Guang] (Mentioned in Chapter 38 I'm Broke!). At that point of time, he did mention that it was useful for me, but I had completely forgotten about it after receiving it, and had not used it until now! I threw everything else back into the Bracelet and started studying it.
It did not need to be appraised, in its Description Box, it was indicated that it was called [Dragon Strike Ball], and one other line: Contains the complete Dragon Strike Skill.
Dragon Strike Skill? What is that? I stared at it in a daze, How do I learn this skill? I placed the ball in my hand and used Star Gaze to observe it, but I could not see anything! I raised it up to allow the sunlight to shine on it and inspected it around, still nothing! Right, it was the Ryu that gave it to me, Loong'er should know something about it! I quickly summoned Loong'er out.
"Loong'er, do you recognize this ball?"
"Isn't that a Dragon Pearl?" As expected, Loong'er was able to recognize it instantly.
"Do you know what is it used for?"
"It can record things down, like a book!"
"Do you know how is it used? I can't read the things inside!"
Loong'er answered: "It isn't meant to be read"
"Huh? Not meant to be read?"
"This is an object unique to our Dragon Race, you need to swallow it, and you will know what is recorded inside."
My eyes instantly widened as I looked at the crystal ball which had a diameter of almost five to six cm.
"Swallow?"
"Yes!" Loong'er nodded her head fervently, indicating that she did not remember wrongly.
I looked at the bead in a daze, how can I swallow it? It was indeed small for a Dragon as they could easily swallow a few hundred of such beads, but it was too huge for me! Ignoring the fact that my mouth was not big enough, to begin with, even if I managed to somehow swallow it down, it would just choke me to death!
