Chapter 311: Domineering Huangfu Qingjue

So it was not an illusion – Huangfu Qingjue was by her side and he had saved her once again. Ling Chuxi felt like her otherworldly experience was so distant now.
“Why are you here?” Ling Chuxi felt the warmth from the hand that hugged her waist, and her heart calmed.
“If I came any later, you wouldn’t have been able to ever wake up again. Remember, you are my woman. How can you leave without my permission?” That delicate face was close to her ear, and his tone was domineering as he spoke.
“I…” Ling Chuxi’s face heated and she did not know what to say. Once again, Huangfu Qingjue had appeared just in time to save her. Every time she was in danger, this man would always appear by her side. Ling Chuxi felt touched.
“What about Yichen? How is he?” Ling Chuxi asked anxiously as she remembered Ling Yichen.
“He’s fine – he just fainted. He will wake up soon,” Huangfu Qingjue laughed softly. Ling Yichen was indeed lying unconscious nearby, but his breathing was stable and there were no serious injuries.
