He thought they were here because of the trade. Little did he know, all the Cuban officers were replaced by those people. "Are you saying that the entire Miami is under the control of the Polarlys Legion?"
"They're just helping out with our work. The military is still under our control, you don't have to worry," one of his colleagues said. "In fact, even the people from the military think that the Polarlys Legion is much more efficient and outstanding than us. It was a total mess here three months ago. Santos was frightened by this. He returned to his office and double-checked the files and documents from the Polarlys Legion. He was relieved that the military formed by the Cubans was not affected. However, there was something he was afraid of - tons of resources are coming from other cities to Miami.
