The Americans truly possessed a biased insistence on maintaining their liberal democracy. When Zhou Qingfeng proposed that they raise some slaves, both Lena Fox and David Lawrence strongly opposed the plan.

“Got it, Mr. Hugo. I can guarantee you that this mouse will not be able to make his way out of this area,” Zogar replied loudly. He immediately ordered the others to block all the entrances.
However, Richard immediately became aware of the danger once he saw Nancy turn around and run. He rushed toward the entrance and was shocked when he saw the armed personnels setting up barricades. He knew that he would become dead for sure if he were to get trapped inside the community, as the area was quite small and he would have no place to hide.
“Mr. Zogar, something urgent came up, and I might need to leave this place for now.” He then took out two magazines from his pocket and handed them to Zogar. No one was allowed to carry any firearms once they enter the community. Only ammunition was allowed.
“That won’t do.” Zogar shook his head without much hesitation. However, he threw a glance at Richard’s pocket to indicate that he wanted something even more valuable.
"I’ve got some gold bars and two medkits over here too." Richard was already soaked in sweat. He did not want to get caught and locked in a cage. He felt that this kind of punishment was extremely horrifying.
Zogar did not care about the gold bars, but he was interested in the medkits. He expressed his satisfaction by waving his hands and letting Richard escape out of the community.
Richard felt that he was amnestied after escaping out of the area. He then retrieved the motorcycle, which he had previously hidden nearby, and fled immediately. “D*mn it, Nancy Stephanie and Victor Hugo… I’ll be back.”
Richard had just left for a mere two minutes. However, Zhou Qingfeng had already led DogMeat into the restaurant in order to track the scent left behind by Richard. Zhou Qingfeng walked toward Zogar and asked, “There was a white man who tried to escape just now. In which direction did he flee?
The muscular Zogar was terrified when he saw DogMeat walking around him in circles. He thought that Richard was only a thief, and had never thought that Zhou Qingfeng would actually show up and capture Richard in person. He was extremely frightened, to the extent in which he began to stutter, unable to speak.
“Did you let him go?” Zhou Qingfeng already knew what was going on just by looking at his expression.
"No, no, Mr. Hugo, I didn't let go of anyone. The white man had gone to the brothel area, but don’t worry, Mr. Hugo. I’ll lead a team and capture him right now.” Zogar felt that both his legs were already shaking. He was extremely terrified, especially when DogMeat bit the edge of his trousers.
"Mr. Hugo, he’s lying to you. He let the white man escape!" a child shouted loudly from the outside of the barricade. The child's mother was startled, as she quickly pulled the child back to her.
Zogar’s face instantly turned pale. He kneeled before Zhou Qingfeng and burst into tears. “Kind-hearted Mr. Hugo, please forgive me. I’ve only made a small mistake. I promise you that I won’t do it again.”
"F**k!" Zogar’s words drove Zhou Qingfeng crazy. Zhou Qingfeng already had a lot of problems with the Armed Nun Society, and hence he could not accept the fact that there was a traitor inside his team. He kicked Zogar out of his way and shouted at one of the soldiers on the barricade, "Put this b***ard inside a cage and call Roma here to guard the entrance."
After giving out his order, Zhou Qingfeng rode a high horsepower police motorcycle and rushed out of the community barricade. He brought DogMeat alongside him in order to continue tracking Richard, who had just run away, as he realized that Richard was acting strangely comparing to the other thieves. According to Nancy’s description, this guy had been spying on the strengths and weaknesses of the Armed Nun Society.
Zogar, who had always been omnipotent, had now been put into a cage, and next to him was the professional thief. The thief was having his last breaths after being exposed to the scorching sun for the entire day. However, he could not refrain from mocking Zogar, "Mr. Zogar, have you now heard the voice full of self-hatred and despair? You’ve said that I won’t outlive this night, but I must now try my best to continue to live on. I will not die; at least, not before watching your death."
Meanwhile, with the directions from DogMeat, Zhou Qingfeng, who was brimming murderous intent, drove the motorcycle and headed to the north of Manhattan. He remained fearless, even as he encountered all the barricades that blocked his path. Richard, who was ahead of Zhou Qingfeng, soon discovered that he was being chased by the latter. He was intimidated by Zhou Qingfeng, so he stepped on his pedals even harder.
Zhou Qingfeng pursued Richard all the way from Midtown Manhattan to Upper Manhattan. He even went over the bridge that connected Manhattan and the Blancos district, passed through the Bronx before finally reaching Queens. However, when Zhou Qingfeng almost caught up with Richard on the Whitestone Bridge, he was forced to stop.
A tank was clearing the path and leading a large team of armored vehicles as they drove their way up from the bridge. A skull symbol was sprayed on the tank. Without a doubt, this was the army of Skull and Bones.
Richard cheered joyfully once he successfully escaped from the danger. After showing his identity to the leading tank, he then turned his head around and pointed at Zhou Qingfeng, who as on the other side of the bridge. “That Chinese guy is the head of the Armed Nun Society. Kill him, kill him now!”
The tank driver lifted his binoculars and looked at Zhou Qingfeng, before retreating into his tank once again. After a few seconds, the turret of the tank moved slightly, and a missile was soon launched at Zhou Qingfeng’s direction.
