One of them had left, but another lady quickly replaced her seat. Zhou Qingfeng still needed to handle both ladies at the same time. One of them was dignified, mature, charming and passionate; the other one was young, pretty, attractive and affectionate.

Meanwhile, a girl with heavy makeup came into the room. She threw herself on her bed and started to curse, “Oh gosh, that old man is killing me. He must be taking drugs! He actually banged me for a full thirty minutes. I’m so worn out right now.”
As the girl with heavy makeup finished talking, there came a pause. She then got out of bed. She took a glance at Xu Rong and asked, “Xu Rong, what do you think? About the stuff I told you yesterday.”
“What?” Xu Rong was not paying attention. She was looking at Zhou Qingfeng’s photo, and thought she was falling in deeper and deeper. Handsome and talented, seems like he’s rich but not that kind of upstart. It’d be enough to have normal life, that’s good.
The girl with heavy makeup stood up and walked toward Xu Rong. She spoke with an educational tone, “The big brother whom I’ve told you about yesterday. He’s saying that he’ll give eight thousand yuan per month. All he wants is just your accompany, and all you need to do is spend a bit of your time at night with him. The costs of clothes, jewelry, food or whatever will be on him, how good is this!”
Xu Rong was smiling happily and was not interested in what the girl with the heavy makeup said. “I’m expecting more than that; I’m expecting true love. I don’t want to simply give myself to anybody, not to mention offer my body for money.

“Sorry, don’t talk to me about it again. I don’t want to listen.” Xu Rong turned around and could not bother herself to speak more with her weird roommate.
The girl with heavy makeup refused to give up, and she continued, “Xu Rong, you should be grateful for eight thousand a month! It’s all because you’re still a virgin. I’d like to get that, but I’m not a virgin. Look at the situation of your family—you should really find a rich man and sell your virginity.”
Xu Rong shook her head. “I’m not gonna bother myself for my family anymore. My mom insisted on following that wimp, so I’m not hoping anything from her anymore. I’ll leave Tianyang once I graduate. I’m not coming back.”
The girl with heavy makeup laughed sarcastically. “If it wasn’t your wimp stepfather, you think you have money for college? I personally think that you should be more understanding. Think about your mother, earn some money for her to live a better life. So she won’t regret raising you.”

Xu Rong was hurt by the words. Indeed, what she had right now were not what she earned, not even her mother. Everything she ate, used, and wore, and even the college fees were results of her mother’s willing sacrifice. Her mother compromised herself by getting together with her wimp stepfather in order to live a better life.

The girl with heavy makeup yelled at her, “What… are you crying? Cry in front of me! Why are you acting? I have words even worse for you. Xu Rong, you’re so weak and fragile, can’t you even accept your reality?”
Xu Rong did not say anything. She went into the washroom and closed the door. She looked into the mirror and started to cry; that was her only way to release. She could not do anything but endure.

Xu Rong’s parents were divorced, and her mother met a wimp. That wimp treated her mom as a maid and beat her very often just because he was a little bit rich. His mouth was as filled with sh*t, and everything he said was ridiculous and shameless.
What could Xu Rong do about it? Even though she hated the wimp, she needed his money. Apart from that, she had to face and endure his mocking, ridiculing words, and even his inappropriate behavior.
Xu Rong cried for a while until her entire face was covered with tears. All of a sudden, she heard a screaming sound arise from outside. It sounded like the screaming voice of her materialistic roommate.
Xu Rong washed and dried her face. She felt worried, opening the door to see what happened out there. She saw the girl with the heavy makeup holding and scrolling her phone. She screamed every time she scrolled through a photo.
“Ah...! Ah...! Ah…! Xu Rong, you wh*re, such a b*tch! You hooked up with a rich guy but you’re still acting pure in front of me.”
