Through endless research, the Realm Lord discovered the mysteries of this world, chief among them being the fact that the link between the power of Six Path and Reincarnation was broken.
The Ancient Land of Gods Grave was a world created solely for the purpose of perfecting the Six Path Reincarnation, a place used to experiment on the Six Path Reincarnation so the decoupling of the two forces was very likely attributed to the doing of those carrying on the experiments.
But what they did would soon become a disaster to all the creatures of this world.
The body of every creature was under the power of Six Paths, and if the connection between the Six Paths and Reincarnation was broken, the souls of the deceased would not be able to enter the Six Path Reincarnation, forever being stranded outside of their body.
This had resulted in a very dire situation; whoever was born into this place will never be able to get out, and once they pass away, their souls will disperse with only fragments of them being reborn back into the same world!
From the assumption made by the Realm Lord however, the creator of this world had made some mistakes or intentionally left behind a living path for these living beings.
And that path was the Six Path Reincarnation that resulted after the power of Reincarnation and Six Paths merged.
This world was filled with the pure power of Reincarnation and if Zhong Yue managed to combined this power with the power of Six Paths, he might have a chance to escape.
And the heritage of the Realm Lord was created entirely just to find out a way to escape this world; it was there to calculate and simulate possibilities of how to merge the two power together.
Standing at the centre of the palace, Zhong Yue was in awe as he took in his surroundings.
Around him was an endless stream of totem carvings, these totem carvings were constantly changing, shifting and divining the secrets of Six Path and Reincarnation.
Come to think of it, the Realm Lord was dead for at least seventy to eighty thousand years and the calculations were still continuing.
"What a rich treasure, a treasure of wisdom…." murmured Zhong Yue.
He was awe struck by whatever was in front of him. If one wished to find out how to merge the two powers together, he would have to dwell into how the two powers were related and in turn, he had to uncover the secrets and mysteries of the two powers.
This Realm Lord had taken the most complicated yet most stable way; he started from scratch, working from first principles of the Six Path Reincarnation techniques and slowly building upon that foundation with ever more complicated techniques through his simulations. Piece by piece, he finally unveiled the secrets of the two powers!
The techniques of Six Path Reincarnation contained both the powers of Six Paths and Reincarnation and if he started from scratch, he would be able to fuse his Dao with the two powers and return to his "previous life," liberating himself from this strange world!
The method he used was most probably the simulation of the Pan Gu Celestial Being. Although Pan Gu was nowhere in sight within the palace, Zhong Yue could still tell from the clues and traces scattered all over the palace.
His Pan Gu Celestial is probably gone by now.
Thinking of this, the scenario of Pan Gu stretching his hands out while simulating appeared in Zhong Yue's mind as he thought, This was one of the ways that the Pan Gu Celestial Being is also the Six Path Celestial Being that controlled the power of Six Paths and Reincarnation so he must be very sensitive to these power.
And this is the way to escape from this world, he had found a way….
Intense happiness struck Zhong Yue right away; even if the way out was very difficult and complicated, it is still a way to get out! All he had to do now is the create a totem Dao that could contain both powers at the same time. He would then search for the body of his "previous life" before finally making his escape!
But in just a blink of an eye, his heart sank.
The calculation is not completed even after such a long time… God knows how long it will take it take to do this….
He recollected his thoughts and continued to examine the totem carvings flying all around him.
His capabilities were not superior to the Realm Lord's, if not worse. After all, the Realm Lord was someone who achieved a much better result than him and even after his death, his power was still surging the palace and his calculations were still going on.
But what Zhong Yue needed to do now was not to complete the calculations but to go through everything the Realm Lord created, to check for any mistakes. And something like this did not require Zhong Yue to have the capabilities of the Realm Lord.
One by one, Zhong Yue went through the calculations and a decade later, Zhong Yue suddenly let out a sigh of relief.
He had discovered some tiny mistakes in the calculations.
Among the totem carvings the Prison Realm's Realm Lord used for his calculations, there were some problems regarding the totem carvings of the Six Paths. He managed to pull this off because he also activated his Six Path Wheel and had the Pan Gu Celestial Being stationed in his Dao Yi Secret Realm. His Six Path Reincarnation was also constantly operating.
In Gui Xu and the City of Nature, Zhong Yue once absorbed the power of Six Paths, so the totem carvings of Six Paths was not something foreign to him, it was only very hard to comprehend.
And now, the treasury left behind by the Realm Lord had saved Zhong Yue a great deal of effort which was why he managed to discover the flaws in the calculations.
The slightest error led to the biggest mistake; with just a simple mistake in the Six Path totem carvings, the calculations slowly derailed from the right course, and after a few ten thousand years, it couldn't be further from the truth!
And the reason why there were the tiny mistakes was not because of the incapability of the Realm Lord but….
He died when the problem occured….
Zhong Yue felt sorry for the Realm Lord and he thought, The problem appeared because he died at that exact moment….
What a waste! A great man with extraordinary talent had unfortunately passed away, his body disintegrated and his soul was torn apart, it is really a shame that he died without anyone knowing.
So, what happens if I correct this mistake?
As his fingers moved quickly, he repositioned the wrongfully placed totem carvings and replaced some of the faulty totem carvings.
Right at the exact moment he completed fixing the formula, the calculation of the Realm Lord immediately changed course, it followed the correct path, simulating layer after layer as the power of Six Path and Reincarnation became stronger and slowly perfected themselves!
At that moment, Zhong Yue knew that he was right!
Judging from this speed, it would take about hundred years at most and ten years at least… Once the calculation is done, I will be able to free myself from this world!
The pressure on his shoulder finally got eased, he may have to wait at least ten years, but at least he now realized that he wasn't condemned to this place for eternity.

He got out from the palace and he was met with the skeleton hare who shouted, "You can read and you hadn't teach me the techniques of my ancestors!"
To his question, Zhong Yue immediately squeezed everything right into the psyche ocean of the skeleton hare and said, "Instead of teaching you the techniques, I might as well teach you how to read but this is all I can do for you. Now, how much can you achieve fully depends on you now!"
Having now acquired the ability to read, the skeleton hare looked towards the words, pictures and the totem carvings all over the palace and he quiet down as he tried to learn the techniques of his ancestors.
Perhaps this hare would rise to become a great figure in this world….
Zhong Yue got down from the mountain, looked at this strange world and thought, I've received such a great favour from the Realm Lord and I have repaid his debt to me by teaching his descendants how to read. I no longer owe him anything.
It was a challenge but also an opportunity if someone entered this world; while some complained when they were faced with endless challenges, some would strive to turn these challenges into opportunities.While the former would end up as losers, the latter will triumph as a winner.
When it came to Zhong Yue, he turned this Bone Realm into his opportunity to become even stronger; in this place, he had greatly enhanced his Yuan Shen.
I took this chance to improve my soul and spirit, brought me even closer to awaken my true spirit and soul! If I achieved this, I would no longer be inferior to that Qi Practitioner that cultivated the Six Path Reincarnation technique!
His eyes lit up with a keen battle intent as he murmured, "Even without any Six Path Reincarnation technique, I will win against him if I awaken my soul and spirit!"
While waiting for the calculation to complete itself, Zhong Yue continued to train in the Bone Realm, challenging even stronger skeleton Qi Practitioners and sweeping across the continent with disregard as his endless foes became sustenance for his Yuan Shen .

The more he trained, the deeper into the plains he entered and one day, he suddenly felt the divine power coming from somewhere not far away.
With my strength now, there is no more challenge in dealing with those skeleton Qi Practitioners and none of them could provide me with a decent challenge. I wonder if I could stand against these skeleton gods now? Besides, that hare back then once spoke of Bone Emperors that got themselves killed in the Pale Bone Palace, what kind of level did these Bone Emperors stand at?
He traced the divine energy and not long later, countless Pale Bone Divine Temples stood in front of him and immense divine power surged across the entire area.
Zhong Yue looked around carefully and he was extremely shocked; within these buildings were endless skeleton Qi Practitioners worshipping some kind of gods and their power of worship concentrated around them.
In front of these worshippers, there was this fiery red coloured skeleton god that was surrounded by a few white coloured skeleton god.
This red skeleton god had a bone scepter in his hand, donned with a blood red cape and swarms of ghost fire were absorbed by him each time he breathed.
This red coloured skeleton is the strongest among them all! I assume his strength is already at the level of Heavenly Emperor… Now, I have to kill this red skeleton first and after destroying the other white skeleton gods, I might be able to awaken my true spirit and soul!
Zhong Yue let out a long breath, stepped forward suddenly and as a loud noise sounded and a huge hole appeared on where he stood, he vanished quickly!
With the element of surprise, I can cut him down easily!
At the next moment, the space in front of the red skeleton god cracked like a mirror and the Solar Divine Saber cloaked with a fiery sun landed right onto the skull of the red skeleton!
Without being stopped, the saber slash across the skeleton from top to bottom smoothly.
The saber however, did not cut the skeleton apart but instead, it cut the Yuan Shen but with the ridiculously strong power of the skeleton, Zhong Yue's attack merely heavily injured the Yuan Shen of the skeleton.

As the saber touched the ground, Zhong Yue shapeshifted it into the saber sheath, drew his Metamagnet Divine Saber and overwhelmed the skeleton with his immense power!
"How dare you!" shouted the red skeleton as he raised the scepter but suddenly, Zhong Yue raised his saber again and sliced the body of this skeleton into half!
Following tightly right after to the successful attacks, Zhong Yue turned the saber and the sheath into a huge banner with the Six Path Reincarnation carved onto it, he swung the banner and the Yuan Shen of the other white skeleton gods that were trying to protect their master felt their Yuan Shen start to destabilize and they quickly backed off.
And as they backed off, the Yuan Shen of the sliced apart red skeleton god flew out and was absorbed into the banner before two almighty ghost fires flew right into the eyes of Zhong Yue.
Seeing this, the other skeleton gods that were going to press forward again stopped their advancement.
All of a sudden, one of them knelt down and the others followed him before the all lowered down their heads.
And this scene had stunned Zhong Yue and he thought, What's this? Why are they bowing before me? Are they begging for mercy?
