There were many types of missions, for example, day-to-day, plot, sub-plot missions… Other than missions which were related to the game’s main plot, the map’s main plot-type of missions would also reward players the most handsomely . This type of missions could affect a whole map’s framework and even cause changes to it .
In Lin Jie’s previous life, one of the most famous map’s main plot-type of mission had been the Giants Kingdom map mission .
In The New Age, the lands were originally divided into three regions, and the three groups of rulers were equal in power—the Guild of Light, the Tribe of Darkness and the Giants Kingdom . “Let go of her!” The wounded Paladin struggled to stand up with her restored strength and took up her longsword shakily . Lin Jie returned with a strike and stabbed through her body . With Havoc and a series of consecutive normal strikes, his rage points increased by a huge amount .
Lily had just steadied herself when she saw the Paladin in danger . She immediately started chanting the healing spells, in a bid to save her again .

“No!” Sister Lily cried aloud sorrowfully . However, Lin Jie did not stop his actions . The Withered Leaf Sword stabbed towards her throat . Though Lily was upset, she had not forgotten to use her regen abilities on herself!
Outraged Roar!
Lin Jie interrupted her healing spells and stabbed consecutively with the Withered Leaf Sword, and finally emptied her health bar .
As Sister Lily was the target of this mission, she would not die . Her health points were decreased minimally to 1 point, and she fainted . Her necklace dropped to the ground .

With her slightly torn and loose Friar’s robes, she looked alluring and would provoke any man’s desires .
“So… beautiful,” the Bishop rubbed his hands and caressed her body . He sniffed her cheeks, seeming to forget that there was another bystander in the room .
“Smack-” The Bishop actually planted a kiss on the unconscious nun!
Lin Jie gaped at this scene . ‘Wtf, this Bishop… he’s a lecher!?’
When Lin Jie thought back to the provocatively dressed ladies in Holy Light Town, the terrible fates of the “betrayers”, and the mission at Holy Light Town, he started to put two and two together . Then, he made a hypothesis: perhaps the Bishop wanted the ladies in town to serve him, and thus invoked the rage of some followers, who stood up against him . However, using his authority and powers, the Bishop brainwashed all those who remained and turned the town’s missions to be a war of faiths between the “betrayed” and the “justified . ” He then made use of players to help him attack those who dared to stand up against him . That’s why Lin Jie witnessed that scenario just now .
Sister Lily might be one of the few people who managed to escape from the Bishop’s evil clutches and was not brainwashed!
“Wtf…” Lin Jie cursed silently under his breath . All of these leaders were indeed just plain scumbags! On the surface, they appeared to be noble and wise, yet engaged in such unscrupulous acts in the dark!

Seeing that the Bishop was about to invade Lily, Lin Jie shouted out in anger .

The Bishop raised his brows and chuckled . “Do you think that’s possible?”
His scepter flew up to the air as if looking down on Lin Jie . This was just a mere Warrior who had not changed his job, what harm could he do to him?

A gust of blade aura sliced through the air and slit across the Bishop’s face .
