Felsteeds were Undead-type Mounts . Unlike Mounts like Skeleton Horses which could pierce through one’s buttocks when riding them, although Felsteeds belonged to the Dark Undead species, it was not any weaker—in fact, it was even stronger than most Dark Undead species! Furthermore, as it was an Undead, there were no restraints on its physical capabilities . It wouldn’t need to be fed and wasn’t afraid of anything—it would only carry out its master’s commands loyally . This was an excellent mount!
Compared to the Tiger King Bangalash, although a Felsteed would not be as intimidating or as powerful, it was definitely more enduring! The strongest points of the Tiger King lied in its intimidating appearance and its sudden explosion of speed . Although it was also quite an enduring mount among all the rest, it could only concede defeat to the Felsteed which would never get tired .
There were, of course, some conditions one had to fulfill before they could own such a strong and enduring mount, and that would be its contracting . Contracts had a wide usage among the lands in The New Age . Within the Guild of Light, Contract Summoners were most common . However, only one species could fully exhibit the prowess of contracts: the Undead! They placed the most emphasis on contracts and would exhibit the powers of a contract to its maximum!
As such, the only way to enslave a Felsteed was this: tame it and strike up a contract with it!
The Felsteed was a Level 35 Boss, and the Hellfire surrounding its body could cause scalding damage . It could ignore one’s Defense capabilities, had a 100% Critical Hit chance, and any damage it dealt out against its master would be doubled . Other than that, the Felsteed also had the natural skill of Kicking . Although this skill had a cooldown time of 10 minutes, it was still enough to make Wine God Youngster have an ultrdifficult time trying to tame it . This was also the reason why even though Wine God Youngster was reputed as a King of Mercenaries, he was still at the same level with Zheng Ziliang—he was kicked to death by his own horse several times!
After spending so much efforts to get such an excellent mount, yet to be followed with being trampled on by it—it’s no wonder Wine God Youngster refused to speak anything of his mount .
Lin Jie was amazed by the Felsteed, but on the other hand, he still felt somewhat worried . “Are you sure you can tame it?”
Wine God Youngster grinned . “Don’t forget, I am a Forward Charge Paladin! Just go now!”
Lin Jie nodded seriously and patted on Tiger King Bangalash’s bum . “Let’s go!”
“Aww—” The super arrogant Tiger King bowed down its head and clawed depressively on the ground as if it was a tamed kitty .

Looking at the Exodus Bone Dragon, he got into Enraged mode and activated Hunter’s Forward Charge with Wild Charge!
While Lin Jie ran forward, Wine God Youngster stared coldly at Exodus Bone Dragon . The frantic Dragonites rushed by him, and the Felsteed which breathed out dark green breathes pranced around him impatiently!
The moment Wine God Youngster climbed up the Felsteed, it started wriggling its body and the wildfire almost burnt Wine God Youngster into a live jack-o-lantern! Wine God Youngster was angered by its impudence and held on to its reins tightly, trying his best to control this beast!
“Ang—” The Exodus Bone Dragon started aiming for Wind God Youngster . After flapping its wings for a while to gain momentum, it shot forward like a rocket at Wine God Youngster!
“Damn, listen to my orders!” Wine God Youngster threw out a few Domesticate Spells at it . The Domesticate Spells which Forward Charge Paladins were most famous for were able to conquer almost any living creatures—yet it seemed so powerless against the Felsteed . No matter what he did, the Felsteed struggled to throw him off!
“Ang—” The cries of the Exodus Bone Dragon grew louder, and it seemed as if it was just a few steps away! Wine God Youngster’s expression hardened, and he was about to jump down from the Felsteed to lure the Exodus Bone Dragon’s aggro away by himself when he felt a tremble running through the Felsteed’s body . It subconsciously ran out in the direction which Wine God Youngster tried to steer it to previously!
In the midst of the Felsteed’s Forward Charge skill, the wildfire around Wine God Youngster disappeared gradually . It gathered around the Felsteed’s hooves and left a peculiar but beautiful trail behind as it galloped away .

The riding skills of Forward Charge Paladin were renowned in The New Age . When Forward Charge Paladins accomplished a series of Legendary missions, and their riding skills achieved certain heights, they might be upgraded to become Dragon Knights!
Meanwhile, Lin Jie had finally reached the main shrine’s door now!
The Exodus Bone Dragon was becoming angrier as it did not manage to catch up with Wine God Youngster after so long, and it roared furiously . Its body mechanisms began to revive from its long slumber, and it was getting faster and faster . Even though Wine God Youngster possessed superior riding skills, he would be caught soon!
At this moment, Lin Jie touched the doors of the main shrine . The Exodus Bone Dragon’s dark blue eyes suddenly brightened up again, and it turned back to stare at Lin Jie . With a flap of its wings, it changed directions and gave up on pursuing Wine God Youngster!
‘Oh no!’ Wine God Youngster’s pupils constricted . He must think of some ways to stop it!
Lin Jie also felt the deathly glares of the Exodus Bone Dragon from behind his back and tremors ran down his spine . The moment he crossed the doorway to the main shrine, he immediately rushed behind the doors . By injuring himself, he gained immense strength and struggled to push the doors closed!
The doors moved gradually—by the looks of it, it would take at least one minute to completely close it!
At this moment, the Felsteed let out a loud neigh . Wine God Youngster had arrived before the main shrine’s doors! The Felsteed’s speed had been increased tremendously due to the Battle Steed Charge skill, and numerous Dragonites followed behind them—he had lured all of them back! Following closely behind this group of Dragonites was the Exodus Bone Dragon!
“Quick!” shouted Wine God Youngster . He rushed to before the doors and pulled on the Felsteed’s reins . The Felsteed lifted up its front hooves high up, and stopped obediently! Both of them were immediately torn apart by the incoming Guardian Dragonites!
Ding~
—’Your teammate, Wine God Youngster, has died!’
Lin Jie gritted his teeth—the door would be closing soon! The Dragonites which lost their aggro target reverted back to their designated characters and started running away again, but it was too late . Wine God Youngster had lured them all together, and they were so densely positioned that it was impossible for them to find any paths to escape in time!
Meanwhile, the Exodus Bone Dragon charged forward, like a calamity befalling upon the space!
Boom—
Explosion sounds were heard everywhere—it was not the doors that had exploded, but the numerous Guardian Dragonites!
Kachi—
Using the short interval while the Dragonites were exploding, Lin Jie finally mustered up enough strength to close the main shrine’s doors entirely!
“Ang—” The Exodus Bone Dragon roared frantically, and it bumped heavily against the doors . The whole main shrine trembled!
Looking inside the main shrine, Lin Jie’s eyes widened: all the doors within the shrine were opened, and there were no sightings of any monsters! Only numerous treasures were strewn around on the ground, including equipment, weapons, and dragon eggs . In fact, Lin Jie even discovered several dead Ancient Warriors’ bodies! If he handed these bodies over to the Holy Church, the Holy Church would be able to conduct mysterious rituals to bestow battling powers upon them . If he could pass 10 or more Ancient Warriors’ bodies to the Holy Church, he might even get one of them in return as his own slave!
The whole shrine’s worth of treasures nearly blinded Lin Jie’s eyes .

The Exodus Bone Dragon was still thrashing crazily at the door . Lin Jie gritted his teeth and ran towards the inner parts of the main shrine, ignoring all the treasures! He thought about it: if the Exodus Bone Dragon managed to get through the door, he wouldn’t be able to stay alive even if he had 10 lives . Worst, if it decided to use a curse and resurrect Lin Jie only to make him spawn his equipment when killing him repeatedly, his losses then would outweigh all the treasures in this main shrine!
Checking the Demonic Dragon’s Lair Map again, Lin Jie saw that it was pointing to in front!

Lin Jie kept his Armor, Greaves, Wrist guards and Helmet all into his backpack to reduce his weight, and ran crazily in front! The Exodus Bone Dragon was still bumping against the door with its gigantic body, and soon, the door exploded as it couldn’t withstand all the violent crashes!
The Exodus Bone Dragon’s head wriggled into the main shrine, and Lin Jie’s running figure was reflected within its dark eyes .
Lin Jie finally reached another door—he believed this should be the entrance of his destination! With a wave of his right hand, the Demonic Dragon’s Lair Map floated up into the air and transformed into weird runes which gradually formed a key that was about the height of a full-grown man . It fitted inside the door and opened it!
Dong—
As if a volcano erupting, the door opened up gradually—and finally revealed a small gap that could only allow one man to pass through! Lin Jie crawled in excitedly, but he got stuck!
Behind him, the Exodus Bone Dragon flapped its wings and charged towards Lin Jie’s bum which was still stuck outside!
