Chapter 101: Qi Zhenbai Strongly Declares Sovereignty
Qian Hongxin returned to the small rental house he was sharing with Liu Xinfang. When he entered the door, he saw Liu Xinfang searching everywhere for something. After she moved things around, the originally narrow and small rental house looked even more cramped and messy.

“Of course there’s a happy occasion, a very, very happy occasion. Have you forgotten what day it is today?” Chi Lingyan rubbed Chi Shuyan’s hair helplessly, his eyes filled with excitement.
Chi Shuyan pondered carefully and still couldn’t think of anything. Suddenly, her eyes lit up. “Are the college entrance exam results out?”
“My daughter is so smart.” Chi Lingyan smiled until his lips were about to crack behind his ears. His eyes were filled with childish expectation like a kid as he asked, “Do you know what your score is? Can you guess?”
When Chi Lingyan saw his daughter lock herself in her room, he thought at first that she was worried about her college entrance exam result. But when his daughter didn’t take a single step out, Chi Lingyan became more and more worried. He recalled how he heard the other parents say that the questions this time seemed much more difficult. Shuyan probably compared her answers with her classmates’ and realized that she had gotten many questions wrong.
Finally, the night before the results were released, Chi Lingyan was afraid that his daughter would be upset, so he took Chi Shuyan’s admission ticket and logged into the college entrance exam query webpage. After that, Li Xiaoting received calls from several teachers and classmates in succession, all congratulating her. Her classmates were more outgoing and excited, while her science teacher was more reserved. His other iron arm was wrapped tightly around Chi Shuyan as he pried her teeth open. His lips and tongue dove in domineeringly, just like a beast covering its prey with its aura to tyrannically declare its sovereignty.
