Hide Her Clothes
At some point, Gu Yi had burst into the room . He must have been eavesdropping outside the door for quite some time, as he was still holding a piece of clothing .
Yu Fu looked at the piece of clothing . For some reason, it looked a little familiar .
It was a small pink jacket that looked as if it belonged to the daughter of a wealthy family . What was Gu Yi doing with it?
“Tomboy, take a close look! These are the clothes that Yu Fu wore before coming to our manor . Take a good look at the fabric, the workmanship, and the embroidery… Are any of them not exceptional?”
These were Yu Fu’s old clothes?
Su YunYan furrowed her brow and stepped forward, half doubting and half believing what had just been said before feeling the fabric .
The fabric was mixed with silver threads that shone under the sunlight; however, it was not at all heavy . Instead, it was just right and was very soft .
This was a great fabric that did not lose out to JinLing’s cloud-patterned brocade .
Su YunYan instantly lost all of her bluster and began to mumble: “How could this be possible…”
“Sixth brother, when did you secretly hide my clothes?”
Yu Fu was both embarrassed and annoyed .
She was young and was growing quickly . Every few months, she would need a new set of clothes .
She had worn this set of clothes while in Immortals Valley . After arriving at Marquis Gu’s Manor, new clothes were made, and these clothes ended up feeling a little too small .
Normally speaking, the old clothes that she no longer wore would be specifically tidied up by her room’s maidservants . How could they end up in Gu Yi’s hands?
“Heheh, you have so many sets of old clothes . What does it matter if I take one? It’s fortunate that I kept a set of your old clothes; otherwise, there would be someone who would think that you’re a poor child who came to seek benefits from living with a powerful family! As Gu Yi said this, he brought the clothes over to Su YunYan to compare once more .
He did not have a very complete understanding of clothing material, but he could see that that Yu Fu’s old clothes were of a higher quality than what Su YunYan was currently wearing .
Su YunYan angrily slapped his hand away . Thoroughly embarrassed and finding things hard to endure, she ran out .
“Sixth brother, why did you make sister Su run away in anger?”
Yu Fu walked out, wanting to persuade Su YunYan to stay, but how could she possibly find her?
Who knew where she had run off to .

Gu Yi scratched his head . He felt as though he had not done anything wrong . He did not want Yu Fu to be treated unfairly .
But it seeing Su YunYan’s figure when running off, he felt that she was a little pitiful .

Gu ShuBai walked up and took the clothes from his hand . Looking at the clothes carefully, he then looked at Gu Yi as if he was some sort of pervert .
“These… are a young girl’s clothes? Yu Fu’s?”
He had never seen Yu Fu wear these clothes . When Yu Fu first came to the manor, he was in JinLing, celebrating Madam Su’s birthday .
But aside from Yu Fu’s clothes, the manor did not have another young girl’s clothes that Gu Yi would find worthy of being hidden away .
Gu Yi accepted his fate and nodded, revealing what had just happened .

“Eldest prince, this was just young children messing around . There’s no need to take it to heart . Let’s continue training . Please-”
The eldest prince faintly smiled but did not say anything, leaving the room first .

She had always been clever . How could she possibly not understand Gu ShuBai’s intent?
She was immediately shocked and began to worry that the eldest prince might suspect something .
