Originally, this room was noisy but suddenly it became quiet. After a while, Chen Ai heard a girl’s voice, she asked: “Chen Ai, are you better now? I haven’t seen you for a long time.”
This girl’s name is Tan Xiaomu. She is Chen Ai’s classmate and she is in the same class as Yi Wenle. Their relationship before was not bad. When Chen Ai was hospitalized, she often visited him.

The quiet room became lively again.
Generally speaking, most of the people in this room are sympathize with Chen Ai. After knowing the real reason for Chen Ai becomes disabled, they express their anger. But not all people feel sad for him.

Yi Wenle asked Ji Chen Ai whether he wants to stay here or he wants to play video games on the second floor. Ji Chen Ai looked around at his friends who were playing cards and he agreed to play video games.
After Chen Ai agreed to play video games, Yi Wenle asks for someone else to help him bring Chen Ai’s wheelchair to the second floor. His family is quite rich. His parents specially bought this apartment when he was in high school, in order to make it convenient for him to go to school which is nearby.
The house was decorated by Yi Wenle according to his own preferences. So there are several rooms on the second floor were used to place the video game machine that was bought.
Ji Chen Ai didn’t refuse Yi Wenle’s kindness. He knew that Yiwenle really cared about him and unexpectedly asked him about a trivial matter. Instead of coercing him to play video games together, Yi Wenle asked which one he prefers. (T/N: best friend don’t ask your opinion, they just drag you to do together things that they want, that’s why Chen Ai said, instead of forcing him, Wenle asked for this trivial stuff).
After they enter the room, Yi Wenle asked Ji Chen Ai which games does he wants to play. Both of them agreed to play football, Yi Wenle went to set up the game and pass the controller to Chen Ai.
Since the accident, Chen Ai hasn’t been this relaxed for a long time. No matter what he does at home, someone will always follow him. Even when he goes to the toilet, the servants are waiting outside because they fear for any accident that might happen. Their approach towards Chen Ai and towards a normal person is too different which make Chen Ai felt very depressed. When he looks around, he realised that he has no one that he can confide in.
Yi Wenle is a good friend, he is enthusiastic, open-minded person. He is also able to get along with other classmates. Compared to Chen Ai’s small circle of friend, they both were like from a different world.
After playing several rounds, Chen Ai put down the controller.
“What’s wrong, Chen Ai?” asked Yi Wenle.
“I’m going to the toilet,” said Chen Ai.
Yi Wenle paused for a moment, he hesitated before he whispered, “Do you need me to accompany you?”
Chen Ai shook his head.
Yi Wenle wanted to say something, but he saw the stubbornness in Chen Ai’s eyes. He understands why Chen Ai doesn’t want him to follow. After thinking how he can help Chen Ai, he stood up and help him open the door.
Chen Ai wheeled himself out of the room, then turned around the corner and went to the toilet.
After making sure that Chen Ai safely went into the toilet, Yi Wenle sat down on the sofa with a sad expression. But he quickly adjusts his mind and put a smile on his face.
Chen Ai struggle to sit on the toilet seat by using his hand, then he took off his trousers. He looked down at his feet and hit them with his fist.
Ji Chen Ai bends down like a dying bird. After he spends quite a long time there, he harshly wiped his face, wear his trousers and struggles to get back on his wheelchair.
After he wheeled out from the toilet, Chen Ai wandered around and accidentally went to the other side of Yi Wenle’s house. (T/N: it’s like a hall where there are several rooms, but Chen Ai went on the wrong side.)
However, as his wheelchair slid right into the second floor’s staircase, he suddenly felt a strong push behind himself, and immediately he rolled down the stairs with his wheelchair.
Ji Chen Ai didn’t know what happens later, he only heard a girl screaming followed by a boisterous sound.
Before he lost consciousness, Chen Ai suddenly thought that isn’t it good if he just dies like this.
Unfortunately, his wishes didn’t come true, he woke up.
The pungent odour of disinfectant water felt so familiar, even without opening his eyes, Chen Ai knows that he has returned to the hospital.

Ji Chen Ai stopped talking and looked at the ceiling overhead indifferently as if the soul had been separated from his body.
When Yi Wenle saw Chen Ai like this, he doesn’t know how to respond. He wants to tell Ji Chen Ai that even if someone else gives up on him, he, himself won’t give him(Chen Ai) up. But when it comes to telling it, he can’t say anything.
At the time Yi Wenle was entangled, Ji Chen Ai’s family comes to visit him.
Yi Wenle called Chen Ai’s home as soon as the accident happens. The one who answered his phone call was the kind-hearted Chen Ai’s mom, but it has been two hours since he called, there was only one person who comes from Chen Ai’s family.

However, the Chen Ai’s response brought some joy in Ji Suming’s heart. Suddenly, Ji Suming showed a smile. Then he reached out and rubbed the Chen Ai’s shaved scalp due to the operation.
