The inside of the Painting of the Nine Immortals was like a painting, beautiful and similar to how Heaven is normally described.
The Keeper of the Land and Sea wore all white as she stood on top of a mountain peak, cold like snow, lonely like the moon.
Liao Can Qiong and Feng Qing Ming were behind her, their temperament out the world extraordinary.
Other than these three immortals, two more graceful silhouettes appeared inside the Painting of the Nine Immortals.
One of them was an elderly with giant eyes and flaming red hair that mimicked a burning fire. He looked like someone you wouldn't want to piss off.
The other elderly appeared gentle and kind with a softness to him. Behind his head, nine rays of white halo shone, making him look saint-like and magnificent.
These two immortals had very distinctively different personalities. One was like a dormant volcano and once it explodes, it will burn everything within miles. The other was similar to a borderless ocean with an endless amount of patience and tolerance.
Without a doubt, these were the fourth and fifth immortals.
"I wonder how many years it's been. The two of you have finally awakened." Liao Cang Qiong chuckled.
"I am so glad you are awake. It's been so long since we last saw each other." Feng Qing Ming looked ecstatic.
Only the Untainted remained her cold self, however, there was a hint of happiness in her eyes.
The nine immortals inside the Painting of the Nine Immortals had known each other for a long time and saw each other as friends. Especially after the tough time they went through together, their bond grew very much stronger. Therefore, now that these two immortals have awakened, of course, the three of them were happy about it.
"Haha, after so many years, I have finally awakened!"
The red-haired elder laughed out loud, his voice carried on for three thousand miles and startled all nine levels of Heaven.
The collected elderly shook his head and smiled. He didn't lose his composure like his friend, but he appeared very much happy.
Ever since the hardship they went through, they had been in a state of deep sleep. To be in a state without consciousness was hard to get through, but now that they had awakened, of course, they were happy.
The Immortal of Alchemy laughed and interrupted, "Duan Shan He, you are still the same as before."
Luckily, there was nobody here other than the few real immortals and the Petal of Enlightenment. Or else if other people heard the name Duan Shan He, they would fall into a pure state of shock.
If one studies the history of Taoism and looks through the reputable figures one by one, Duan Shan He is definitely a name that cannot be ignored. He is also considered to be a respectable legend.
Because he was the famous Pioneer of Crafts!
Weaponry is a form of art on par with alchemy and arrays, which makes him a weapon craftsman.
His name had been known for as long as 130,000 years. Though he wasn't the first to achieve something in craftsmanship, he had long surpassed the first to make it big in weaponry. He was at a realm that was far more powerful!
This was something the entire Taoism community agreed upon. Nobody could argue against it and nobody would argue against it.
To use a simple example, Duan Shan He's status with craftsmanship was comparable to Feng Qing Ming's status with arrays. They were both unreachably high!
If you look through his glorious war record, you will see that he deserves such title. According to records, when he was 10 years old, he made his first magical weapon that allowed him to begin his glorious journey.
His most famous weapon was named the Scabbard of Heaven and Star Sword. Legend had it that there was an infinite amount of sword spiritual energy in it that it could easily pierce through the various layers of earth and the nine levels of heaven!
It was because of this heaven-defying treasure, did Duan Shan He become the commonly agreed Pioneer of Crafts!
For the rest of his life, nobody could surpass him, which made him the most powerful craftsman of all time!
"Of course!"
Duan Shan He's stared him down, "I have always been a man with an attitude. Just because I was asleep for thousands of years, my personality should change?"
"There is no way his straightforward ways will change. You two, don't mind it." The water like elder faintly smiled, looking so very gentle and not at all like a true immortal.
"Fa Wu Liang, your behaviors haven't changed either. You are similar to the ocean that accepts all living beings."
The Immortal of Arrays smiled at the elderly, "Perhaps it's because of your soft and conforming personality, were you about to so nicely accept everything that's happened to you and achieving much greatness."
Similar to the Immortal of Crafts, or in other words, there isn't a single immortal who lived inside the Painting of Nine Immortals was a man of simplicity. All of them have left a thick stroke of mark in the Taoism community and have single-handedly impacted everyone!
Fa Wu Liang was no exception.
His name has passed the test of time and has now forever been imprinted in the Taoism history. His reputation is ever so bright and impossible to weaken!
But to those in the Taoism community, they like to call him the Ancestor of Technique. The title ancestor is not one to be said easily because, from certain angles, it indicates that he is the creator of this path.
Just like a Clan's ancestor, or a force's ancestor, they all mean creators. When the words ancestor and techniques are combined, it indicated that he is the creator of techniques!
A long long time ago, there were only Qi that cultivators were born with but nobody could use their Qi for techniques. It was this guy who created techniques and allowed many many low leveled cultivators to survive.
To cultivators who were not born with powerful spiritual energy, the power of techniques creates a great advantage to them.

Fa Wu Liang faintly smiled and shifted his gaze towards Liao Cang Qiong, "Elder Liao, tell your apprentice to come out. I want to check out how your eyesight is."
"Exactly. Why are you wasting our time? Hurry up and show us the guy. If the two of us aren't satisfied, we will hit him until his face is ripped apart!" Duan Shan He shouted.
Hearing this, all three immortals, including the Untainted, chuckled.
"I promise you will be satisfied." Liao Cang Qiong said with a smile. Then he sent a message to Ling Xian.
Currently, Ling Xian had left the City of Dan for a month. He was now traveling through the air and heading towards the Shang Qing Sect.
The arrival of the Immortal of Alchemy's message made him frown as he didn't have a clue what was going on. But very quickly, he relaxed and smiled, "Could it be, the fourth and fifth immortals have awakened?"
As he spoke, he immediately reappeared inside the Painting of the Nine Immortals.
The moment Ling Xian arrived, he felt an immense amount of stress pressuring down onto him. Just like the Moon was falling, it pressed down onto him.
The Ancestor of Technique, the one who changed the cultivators' way of battling, had just made a move.
