Chapter 194: The knocking in the night filled with thunder (Part 1)
In the middle of the night, the dark clouds gathered in the sky. The dark and dense clouds completely blocked off all the light shining down.
Finally a bolt of lightning slashed through the night, accompanied by sporadic burst of rain…….Not long passed and it began to pour down.
The time was exactly 12:00 am, exactly midnight. The sounds of rain falling on the roof and thunder ringing out completely destroyed the peaceful night atmosphere.
Guo Guo who had been awakened by the thunder moved over to the window. Her little face was plastered to the window as her eyes sparkled and she revealed a look of excitement while watching the lightning flashing outside.
"Waoh! So beautiful."
This type of lightning that could scare a little child into crying actually made Guo Guo this excited.
Ye Tian Xie covered his head tightly with a blanket, trying to block out the sounds of the thunder as he tried to sleep. Sometimes being very sensitive was not a good thing. Even the slightest bit of movement was enough to wake him up, not to mention the sounds of thunder.
"Master, so this is lightning……."
"Yes." Ye Tian Xie said in a tired manner.
"Master, why does lightning fall down from the sky? It's so strange."

The window was opened by Guo Guo and a cold wind filled with raindrops flew in. Ye Tian Xie's bed was close to the window and the wind filled with raindrops fell onto Ye Tian Xie's head. This ice cold stimulation immediately made him fully alert.
With a "peng" sound, the window closed. Ye Tian Xie pinched Guo Guo's little waist as he lifted her up and then threw her onto the bed. Then he said in a serious voice, "Guo Guo, go to sleep!"
"But, I really want to see it." Guo Guo got up from the bed as she spoke with eyes filled with tears.
"It's just lightning, there will be more in the future." Ye Tian Xie put the little blanket Guo Guo used over her. Then he lied back down on the bed and covered his own head.
Dong, dong, dong, dong, dong…….
The sounds of knocking came from the door and it was clearly very anxious. At the same time, a bright flash of lightning filled the sky and the sound of thunder filled the air.
The knocking clearly paused when the thunder sounded out and then it became even more anxious, "Tian Xie, Tian Xie…..Open the door, Tian Xie!"
"Yi? Isn't that elder sister Fei Fei's voice?" Guo Guo who could not sleep sat up and then floated into the air, flying right beside the door. Because it was time to sleep, her perfect little snow white body was not wearing anything and she had never avoided showing anything off in front of Ye Tian Xie. This was actually a very uncomfortable thing for Ye Tian Xie. He could look and touch, but he could not do anything else…….
Ye Tian Xie helplessly stood up and he opened the door. Outside, there was Su Fei Fei wearing light sleep clothes whose hands were covering her chest. As soon as the door opened, a loud deafening thunderclap sound rang out. Su Fei Fei gave a terrified scream and she jumped onto Ye Tian Xie. Her four limbs tightly hugged his body as she visibly trembled.
The summer rainy night was very hot and Ye Tian Xie was not wearing any clothes on his upper body. Su Fei Fei who had quickly ran over was only wearing a set of thin pyjamas, not even having time to put on a bra. Those two peaks in front of her had no resistance as the touched Ye Tian Xie's chest. Ye Tian Xie could clearly feel the two pointed shapes giving off a soft pressure.
Most girls would fear the sound of thunder and Su Fei Fei was one of them. Moreover, because of her mother's death and countless dark shadows that always approached her, her fear of lightning even surpassed a normal girl's. When the first thunderclap sound rang out, she was awakened. The first thing she thought of was Ye Tian Xie and she quickly ran over.
"Young miss Su, hugging a man like this…….it is very dangerous." Ye Tian Xie spread his hands out to avoid touching Su Fei Fei……Because with the clothes Su Fei Fei was currently wearing, there was no difference from touching his body without any clothes on. There were also those two soft points poking into him that completely filled his mind as he desperately tried to think of something else.
Currently Su Fei Fei's arms were tightly hugging Ye Tian Xie's neck and her snow white long legs were clamped around Ye Tian Xie's body……Su Fei Fei who had been suddenly scared finally realized her own embarrassing position and quickly came off Ye Tian Xie's body. Her pink neck and elegant face turned as red as a cherry.
"I…..I'm afraid of thunder." Su Fei Fei slightly looked down as she spoke in a soft voice. She unconsciously reached out to grab Ye Tian Xie's pyjamas, but what she touched was his chest that did not have any clothes on. She pulled her hand back like she had been shocked as she said in a stuttering voice, "You…..Why are you wearing any clothes?"
"On such a hot day, you wouldn't be thinking that I would be wearing clothes while sleeping, right?" Ye Tian Xie helplessly said. In the dark night, he could only see the outline of Su Fei Fei's body and he couldn't help thinking about Su Fei Fei's appearance from this afternoon.
Su Fei Fei gently bit her lip and said in a soft voice, "Tian Xie, I……Can I sleep with you tonight?"
"My self control is bad, so you can if you're not afraid of anything happening to you." Ye Tian Xie knit his brows as he spoke in a helpless voice.
Su Fei Fei raised her hands to cover her chest. After being silent for two seconds, she then angrily said, "Humph, I don't care. I'm sleeping with you tonight……But, you're not allowed to touch me. If you dare touch me…..I……I won't feed you anymore! Humph!"
After she said this, she quickly stepped past Ye Tian Xie and went to the bed. Grabbing the blanket on the bed, she quickly covered her beautiful body. She then laid down on the bed, shrinking inside the blanket while secretly looking at Ye Tian Xie's figure.
Ye Tian Xie scratched the tip of his nose, but he did not say anything. Without making a sound, he walked over to the bed and laid down beside Su Fei Fei. Closing his eyes, he did not move at all.
Another flash of lightning appeared in the sky and Su Fei Fei shrunk back into the blanket once again. Taking advantage of the light from the lightning, Su Fei Fei could see the bare chest of the man beside her and her heart began to beat fast.
Hong, long, long……
After a while, the thunder sound followed and made her heart tremble. Su Fei Fei closed her eyes and a night filled with thunder filled her mind……The night she lost her mother. The nights with thunderstorms were nights she feared the most. The terrifying shadows would keep her up all night, snuggling inside of her blanket……Occasionally she would fall asleep, but was awakened by the nightmares over and over again.
Today was the first time that someone was accompanying her on a rainy night. This was also the first time that she was in bed with a man, but…….even Ye Tian Xie silently being by her side could not suppress the anxiety she felt in her heart. She reached out an arm from the blanket and gently tapped Ye Tian Xie, "Xie Tian, are you asleep?"
"Un….." Ye Tian Xie replied with a faint grunt. With a girl lying beside him, how could he be as calm as he appeared to be. He was unable to sleep just like her.
"…..Humph! Liar. If you're asleep, then how are you talking?"
"Sleep talk."
"You…..You insatiable pervert that molests women on the street. Right now there there is a beautiful girl by your side and you're acting in this hypocritical manner, humph!" Su Fei Fei pursed her lips. Thinking of the first time they met, she could help revealing a smile. Her smile was like a silver bottle shattering as it became a silver moon that was as beautiful as the one outside being hidden by the clouds.
Ye Tian Xie opened his eyes and looked at her. A strange glow flashed in the bottom of his dark eyes, "Are you reminding me……to do something I should do?"
"You….Would you dare!" Su Fei Fei quickly pulled her body back into the blanket. She already realized that after running to his room in a hurry, the clothes she was wearing really wasn't enough……There was too much room in them. Only, her fear of lightning kept her from running back to her room and changing clothes.
Ye Tian Xie leaned in and revealed a half real evil smile as he said, "Young miss Su, it's not as if I haven't seen, touched, and used your body before……"
"You, you, you, you're not allowed to say it!!"
Su Fei Fei's voice was filled with distress as she opened up the blanket and used her hands covered in the soft blanket to cover Ye Tian Xie's mouth. Su Fei Fei was filled with shame as she fell onto Ye Tian Xie, stopping him from talking. Su Fei Fei seemed very lively and occasionally dressed sexy, but she was deep down a very traditional girl. Even the most basic verbal stimuli were hard to fend off for her.
When the two of them were close like this, Ye Tian Xie could smell the faint orchid fragrance coming from Su Fei Fei's body. When the lightning flashed, it illuminated Su Fei Fei's body. It highlighted her perfect curves which could be considered very tempting.
While they made skin contact, the strange atmosphere surrounding them increased. Su Fei Fei's hands finally released his mouth and returned back into her blanket. Then she said in a small voice, "You large pervert…..Humph, do you even dare take responsibility for me?"
Ye Tian Xie was speechless.
Because of this sentence, the two of them fell silent. Living under the same roof and even sleeping in the same bed, their development should be a matter of time…..But in reality, there was a divide that could not be crossed. To be more accurate, it was a divide in Ye Tian Xie's heart.
To an unknown girl, he would not care about what he did……but being in bed with Su Fei Fei, he suppressed the desire to do things that he should not do. Su Fei Fei's figure began to appear more and more in his mind……But because he care about her, he did not violate her or do anything that hurt her.
He was waiting for her to come back…..his Xian'er.
As for her, she would wait with him until she came back…….
The lightning's frequency did not slow down as it illuminated the two of them time after time. The thunder also did not stop sounding out. After a while, Su Fei Fei silently moved closer to Ye Tian Xie, "Tian Xie, talk to me, alright? I'm still a little scared."
Actually, she really wanted to ask…..if he could hug her while she slept.
If she closed her eyes in his embrace, then her fears should all disappear. Even if the thunder sounded out in her ears, she would still be able to sleep soundly.
Only, she did not dare. She was scared to hear his rejection.

A sound that should not appear suddenly rang out. This sound that should have been muffled by the rain and thunder actually reached the ears of the man and woman who had trouble falling asleep.
