Evan D . Sherden, Realization and Leap Forward (1)

Shine flew away from the massive double-edged ax falling toward him . It was a fast, heavy, and absurdly destructive blow, but it wasn’t a difficult one to avoid . Rather, it seemed too flashy . Evan could read what Shine was thinking, that if he finished too quickly, he would be struck by Evan .
