*Sound of footsteps*
Konohamaru walked to a magazine store.
"Let's start with this place…" Konohamaru murmured following which he stepped into the store.
In front of him were shelves full of magazines for different things…
("Where do I go…") Konohamaru thought.
("Considering the young sexy girls' magazine were in the restricted section…")
("It must be in the restricted section…") Konohamaru thought.
Konohamaru then walked in search of the restricted section.
As he kept walking…
(Bump!) Konohamaru bumped into the Magazine store manager.
"What's this…?" The man bent down to look at Konohamaru.
"If it ain't Lord Third's Grandson,"
"What'cha doin here little dude?" The manager asked.
Konohamaru smiled,
("It's not as if I could say that I am looking for a magazine on naked young men or something…") Konohamaru thought.
*Sound of whistling…*
A person with a full head protector band and black shades walked towards the manager.
"Do you have the new issue of…" The man paused upon seeing Konohamaru staring at the book which he held in his hand that had a gravure idol on its cover.
"Ebisu…sensei…?" Konohamaru froze, following which his eyes turned into that of a predator.
"As I thought, you really are a clos(et pervert)" Before Konohamaru could complain, Ebisu shut him up by covering his mouth with his own hands.
"Haha," Ebisu laughed.
"Sorry about that,"
"This kid…is…" Ebisu paused.
"He is my… student… who won't stop asking me about training, Hahaha" Ebisu laughed as he brought his face near Konohamaru,
"Listen, honorable grandson,"
"I am merely delivering this book for someone else,"
"If you are to judge a book based on its cover, then the best opportunities in the world will be missed," Ebisu gave a short lesson the spot.
Konohamaru looked at Ebisu,
"You lost to the Hare(m)" Konohamaru's mouth was covered again.
"Listen up, If you are to keep this a secret, I will owe you one," Ebisu said as he stared at Konohamaru through his shades.
"Mm!" Konohamaru nodded.
Soon Ebisu bought the magazine and kept it in a cover.
The duo stood outside the shop.
Ebisu turned towards Konohamaru,
"What are you here for, Honorable Grandson?" Ebisu asked.
"I am here to research on naked young men," Konohamaru said as he showed his memo to Ebisu.
"NAKEDDDD????" Ebisu wanted to blast off.
"To think this kind of man exists,"
"The WORST…" Some people murmured as they walked past Ebisu giving him gazes of disgust.
Ebisu reigned his feelings in and looked at Konohamaru.
"Did that brat put you up to this?" Ebisu stared at Konohamaru,
"Yeah,"
"This is a training to defeat that girl," Konohamaru said.
Ebisu imagined Naruto's face following which…

("You dare ruin the young master's training, I swear to make you pay for this…") Ebisu thought as he stared at the magazine shop.
"Ebisu-sensei," Konohamaru called out.
"Huh…?" Ebisu looked at Konohamaru.

"Hehe," Ebisu avoided Konohamaru's gaze as his eyes landed on a particular book in the shop.
("Wait a minute…") Ebisu stared at the book again.
("Hahaha, Looks like the heavens have not given up after all,") Ebisu thought, following which he looked at Konohamaru.
"Honorable Grandson,"
"If it's naked young men you are looking for then leave it to me," Ebisu said.
Following which he quickly grabbed the book he saw and purchased it.
He walked towards Konohamaru and handed the book.
"These are….?" Konohamaru stared at pictures of Bodybuilders who were almost naked as they posed with their muscles wearing only underwears.
"There you go, naked young men,"
"I am sure Naruto-kun wants you to see this,"
"As long as you train, you can become like them if you want," Ebisu said.
"Thanks!" Konohamaru smiled at Ebisu.
Ebisu looked at the moon as he smiled.

("The honorable grandson will not be spoilt by the likes of you!") Ebisu declared internally.
"Lee, What happened?" Neji and Tenten asked in concern.
"I bit something spicy," Lee said with watery eyes.
"Here," Gai handed a bottle.
"Thanks,"
"Gai sensei," Lee said as he grabbed the bottle and started to drink desperately.
Gai turned back to drink only to see Kakashi staring at him with his only eye being wide open.
"What is it Kakashi?" Gai asked.
"Gai, you…" Kakashi was speechless.
*Tk!*
Lee placed the bottle on the table.
"Thanks, Gai-sensei…" Lee came to a stop.
Gai looked at the bottle only to see the character for 'sake,'
"Oh, Lee…" Gai stared at Lee in shock.
Naruto stood up after finding out what just happened.
"Damn it," Naruto cursed.
"What is it?" Neji and Sasuke asked.
Naruto got up and appeared next to Lee,
"No time to explain," Naruto said as he teleported with Lee to the outside of the restaurant.
"huh…?" Tenten, Neji, Sakura, and Sasuke stared at the place where Lee and Naruto had disappeared from.
Gai looked at Kakashi.
"Kakashi, help him out,"
"I am still tired from using the six gates," Gai said.
Neji, however, was surprised.
"Six gates?" Neji stared in horror at Gai.
"Hey, guys, What happened?" Tenten asked in concern for Lee.
"I am going," Neji and Sasuke said.
"…" Kakashi stared in silence as the two made their way out.
"Sensei," Sakura called out.
"Sakura,"
"Tenten,"
"No matter what happens, don't get in their way," Kakashi warned.
"huh?" Sakura and Tenten stared at Kakashi.
"Tenten, please listen to Kakashi," Gai added.
"Mm," Tenten nodded.
("Why are they treating this so seriously…?") Tenten thought.
(Whoosh!)
Naruto appeared outside the restaurant with Lee.
*Ugh!*
Lee opened his eyes.
"Naruto…" Lee tried to see through his lightheadedness.
"Bushy-brows,"
"Are you all right?" Naruto asked.
"Where's…Gai-sen…sei?"
"Where are we…?" Lee asked slowly,
"Oh, that…" Naruto scratched his head in awkwardness only to see Lee fall down losing his consciousness completely.
"Bushy-Brows!," Naruto tried to see if he was responding.
(Whoosh!) Neji and Sasuke appeared.
"Lee!" Neji called out.
Naruto turned back to see Neji and Sasuke.
"Naruto,"
"Why did you bring him here?" Neji asked.
"Why did you guys come here?" Naruto asked.
"Huh…?"
"Lee is my teammate. Of course, I would come!" Neji replied as he stood beside Lee.
"Lee," Neji called out only to see no response.
"Hmm…?" Sasuke was curious.
"Naruto, what happened?" Neji asked.
"Lee is drunk," Naruto replied.
"Huh…?" Neji looked at Naruto weirdly.
("Don't tell me…") Neji thought back to the time Gai handed over a bottle to Lee.
("Was that…sake…?") Neji thought.
Sasuke bent down.
"Lee," Sasuke called out to check his response.
However,
(Whoosh!) Sasuke saw a black dot that instantly grew big as it blacked out his vision.
(Bang!)
A leg stuck out into the air.
Naruto and Neji were surprised.
They turned their heads immediately in the direction of the sound only to see Sasuke fly past right between the two of them.
Naruto and Neji's eyes widened.
("Was that Sasuke who flew past us just now…?") Naruto and Neji thought.
*Sh!* A shadow rose up covering their faces.
Naruto and Neji's gaze slowly landed upon Lee who stood up in a wavy motion as the moonlight shone brightly in the night sky right behind Lee, darkening Lee's front completely.
"Today (Hick!)"
"I shall win the (Hick!)"
"Chūnin…(Hick!)"
"EXAM!" Lee announced.
Naruto and Neji stared at him with wide eyes, following which they turned back to see Sasuke embedded into a wall.
*Ugh!* "My…"
"Back…" Sasuke almost wanted to cry out in pain as he landed on the wall with the sword attached to his back which impacted him on his spinal cord.
Sasuke then fell to the ground as he curled his body in pain…
Naruto looked at Neji.
"Neji,"
"Look after Sasuke,"
"I will hold Bushy-brows down," Naruto said.
"…" Neji was confused.
(Whoosh!) Naruto appeared in front of Lee.
"Bushy-brows!" Naruto shouted desperately.
Lee looked at Naruto as his vision changed into one of seeing Naruto standing right in front of him in the middle of the Chūnin Exam stadium.
Lee turned back to see the moon shining brightly at him which changed into an image of Gai-sensei's face with his thirty-two shining so bright that Lee thought it was the most brightest smile he had received until now…
Lee stared at Gai-sensei's face which started to speak…
"Lee,"
"All your training over the past year has paid off,"
"Now show them the meaning of your Hard work,"
"Let the power of Youth…"
"EXPLODE!!!!!!" Gai shouted, following which at the same time Lee's eyes lit up with flames.
(Whoosh!) Kakashi appeared beside Neji.
"AAAARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!" Lee howled as he gathered his strength.
Naruto ran towards Lee.
(Whoosh!)
Lee launched off like a rocket as he headed towards Naruto.
Naruto did not back down; instead, he had increased his speed to face Lee head on.
*Slip!*
Lee landed head first on the ground as he fell unconscious again.
"Huh…?"
*SCREEECCCHHHHH!!!!!*
Naruto stopped as he arrived by Lee's side.
("What the hell?")
("Did he fall asleep?") Naruto thought.
(Bang!)
Naruto was sent flying away by Lee's Right kick from the ground,
At that moment Naruto was surprised.
Usually, a human's entire body would move to support a movement of a particular limb, especially for powerful actions like a kick, however, in Lee's case- His right leg alone extended out to strike Naruto.
("WHAT?") Kakashi and Neji stared at Naruto flying away.
*Screeccchhhh!!!!*
Naruto tried to regain his footing as he sled a few meters away….
Hah! Lee got up and entered into a stance.
Kakashi looked at Lee's pose.
("That's the drunken Immortal Li pose, the one with a powerful right leg…") Kakashi thought.
Lee looked at Naruto.
"If you think, I was sleeping…"
"THEN YOU ARE DEAD WRONG!!!!" Lee shouted as he ran in full speed again.
"Damn it!" Naruto cursed as he entered into a defensive stance.
"ARRGGHHHH!!!!!" Lee ran again.
("What's it gonna be this time?") Kakashi thought.
Naruto appeared next to Lee,
(Whoosh!) Naruto sent a fist right at Lee.
Lee swayed his entire upper body back, completely avoiding Naruto's fist.
Lee then brought his two hands together as though he was holding a huge barrel in between them.
("That's…")
("The drunken immortal Han's pose of holding a wine pot in his arms…") Kakashi thought.
(Whoosh!) Lee's entire upper body sprang up while landing twin back fist strike on Naruto's abdomen squarely.
(Whoosh!) Naruto was sent flying again.
(Bang!) Naruto landed next to Sasuke.
This time, Kakashi was scared out of his wits.
In the previous timeline, before Lee could recover, he went on a one day chase to catch up to Naruto and his team only to stand back and fight Kimimaro, and he was able to wreck havoc until Gaara arrived.
This time, however, Lee was fully energized.
("Damn, that was unexpected…") Naruto thought as he got up again only to see Lee staring at him in a daze as he stood in his drunk pose.
Naruto and Kakashi were sweating bullets while internally they smiled in the face of despair.
("Ah…")
("Today…")
("Is a beautiful day…")
