"Before we continue, should I call Shikaku over?" Hiruzen Asked.
"Naruto, Shikaku is intelligent enough to understand this kind of problem,"
"So don't worry about the little things," Hiruzen said.
Naruto thought for a bit…
"Let's bring Shikaku-san in," Naruto said.
"Good!" Everyone else nodded.
Hiruzen then quickly asked an ANBU agent to call for Shikaku.
Meanwhile…
("Shū,") Naruto called out internally.
"Hmm…?" Shū responded.
("I'm gonna need your help again…") Naruto said.
("It's all right, I understand") Shū replied.
("Thanks!") Naruto said.
("Is there anyone else in mind you have that you want to share your memories with?") Shū asked.
("For now, no one else in particular")
("In fact, there is a question I wanted to ask you…") Naruto said.
("What is it?") Shū asked.
("Are your eyes special or something?") Naruto asked.
("Hehe…") Shū smirked.
("What is it?") Naruto asked curiously.
("It's too soon to know right now.") Shū replied.
("So it is special…") Naruto thought.
("Do you want my help in dealing with the Kotoamatsukami power of Uchiha Shisui?") Shū asked.
("Can you help?") Naruto asked.
("I can, but you have to face things of greater difficulty in the future, So I won't help you right now.") Shū said
("I see…") Naruto murmured.
("What, are you angry at me for not using my powers to help you?") Shū asked.
("Nope, I am already glad that you have helped me this much…") Naruto said with a smile.
("Looks like I was not wrong in choosing you at all…") Shū thought.
("What is it?") Naruto asked.
("Nothing.") Shū replied.
Soon Shikaku had arrived, and the next round of meeting began.
Shikaku was stunned by the famous personalities that had gathered in the room, although he had received short reports on the battle that took place, it was entirely another thing to see them right in front of his eyes.
However, the odd sight was Naruto in the middle of everything.
Shikaku knew Naruto was involved in some matters, however, to see him standing amongst these people made him reconsider his former opinion of Naruto.
"Kakashi, Gai, and Yakushi Kabuto,"
"Please stand beside Shikaku," Hiruzen ordered.
Kabuto looked towards Orochimaru,
Orochimaru nodded towards Kabuto indicating that there was no danger in listening to Hiruzen.
The four then stood side by side.
Hiruzen looked towards Naruto.
Naruto instantly understood that it was his turn.
("Shū!") Naruto called out.
Shū instantly appeared beside Naruto with his glowing index and middle finger.
The four that stood in front of Naruto were shocked. Especially Kakashi, who was taken back to the scene that took place a few weeks ago on the bridge.
At that time Kakashi had his suspicions since his Sharingan had a glimpse of a human-like figure that emerged out of Naruto's glabella. However to see it come out in front of him…
Kakashi was stupefied.
"Don't resist!"
"Allow the boy to touch your forehead with his fingers!" Hiruzen ordered.
The four looked towards Hiruzen and nodded after verifying that nothing strange was going on.
(Whoosh!)
Shū swept past the four as he accurately tapped their foreheads.
(Bang!) Kakashi, Gai, Kabuto, and Shikaku fell on the floor as they went into a daze for a few moments.
Following which, they had a shocked expression as they looked towards Naruto.
"Naruto…" Kakashi and Gai stared at Naruto understanding his pain and growth over the years, especially during the war where Naruto literally became a hundred times powerful than he was when it had started.
They saw Sasuke leave the village, and Naruto recklessly chasing after him. Akatsuki hunt, Naruto losing Jiraiya, followed by the war. Kakashi, Gai, and Naruto fighting alongside each other with the Eight tails against the other jinchūurikis. The Hokages being revived, Gai kicking Madara's ass with his taijutsu, etc.
Kakashi and Gai saw how their lives progressed, Kakashi being the Hokage while Gai was leading a life on a wheelchair but never lost hope.
Soon the future generations where Lee, Naruto, and Sasuke with their kids, Lee's kid was not limited to internally using his chakra like Lee, thus was able to surpass both Lee and Gai tremendously…
Kabuto on the other hand was surprised at his transformation that took place over the years while also slowly coming to terms with what had happened during the fourth ninja world war…
He was especially happy upon learning that he was able to return back to the orphanage he had longed for which was arranged by Naruto.
Shikaku, however, had complex emotions.
He witnessed news of Asuma's death, Shikamaru's team getting the revenge in for their sensei, how they had also fought Asuma during the war (with chōji's transformation), the HQ being blown up by the Jūbi and how he managed to transmit that last message without fail to Shikamaru. The memories went by with Naruto's transformation from a knucklehead in a war to a splendid Hokage that ruled over the village with Shikamaru by his side. Naruto would always overwork himself, while Shikamaru did his best to reduce the duties for Naruto.
He witnessed Shikamaru's marriage to Temari following which, the birth of their son and Shikaku's own grandson Shikadai. Soon the Chūnin exams arrived with Boruto defeating Shikadai using a High-tech ninja tool only to be discovered by Naruto which resulted in Shikadai's win.
All these memories flashed past him within seconds, slowly arriving at the present where Naruto was in the room with the others.
Shikaku slowly turned to face Naruto unaware of the tears flowing out from the side of his eyes.
"Lord Seventh," Shikaku managed to bow down before Naruto could reach out to him.
Gai performed a dogeza towards Naruto.
"Noo!!!"
"Gai-sensei!" Naruto called out as he immediately lifted Gai up.
"Naruto"
"Thank You!" Gai said as he hugged Naruto.
Everyone in the room was shocked for a moment before they finally remembered, that Gai did that, not just out of respect but also the previous life's gratitude for allowing him to live after using the Eight Gates.
Kakashi, however, did not bow down as he had an almost equal position to Naruto; in fact, he was Naruto's senior as the Sixth Hokage.
Hiruzen turned towards Shikaku.
"What do you think?" Hiruzen asked.
Shikaku took a moment to recollect what had happened earlier in the room as the memories also included the recent discussion.
Shikaku looked at Hiruzen with a resolute expression.
"The training plan, I am afraid may face a lot of problems…" Shikaku said.
"…" The entire room was silent despite the presence of Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, Tsunade, Kakashi, Naruto, Rasa, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, Kabuto, Kakashi, and Gai.
"The simplest solution would be, is to expect the other nations to catch on to the news of the First, Second and the Fourth's resurrection."
"In this method, any great village that feels threatened will join hands with another village to call for the five Kage conference, if they plan to do this in front of the other villages," Shikaku explained.
"Hmm…" Hiruzen thought.
"The other villages know that the First and the Second are pretty much undefeatable when it comes to direct combat. As for the fourth, He was able to take down an army of a thousand during the Third War all by himself,"
"We also have the legendary three."
"As they put all these factors into consideration, the villages know that they cannot stand a chance alone.."
"Thus the most effective way would be to find out what we are up to by openly questioning us at this conference while also being in a position to have an immediate alliance," Shikaku explained.
"And what answer do we give them if they question us?" Hiruzen asked.
"The simplest way of getting out of this is to see if we can share memories with them, after all, there are many problems such as the fourth Mizukage who might still be under the control of Uchiha Obito or as he calls himself currently, the fake Madara," Shikaku said.
Hiruzen frowned.
"Raikage-sama might still have a problem with Lord Fourth considering the humiliation he had experienced back in the third war…" Shikaku said.
Minato felt a headache, while Naruto nodded silently to Shikaku's explanation.
"Is there any other method?" Tobirama asked.
"…" Shikaku thought for a moment.
"We could claim that the Impure World Resurrection was undone upon taking Orochimaru-sama as a prisoner," Shikaku suggested to which Orochimaru frowned.
"However, that will still not explain how our ninjas got strong in short time…" Shikaku paused.
"How about we build a ninja academy?" Hashirama asked.
"Hmm…?" Everyone in the room looked towards Hashirama.
"A ninja academy?" Jiraiya asked.
"A ninja academy that will be built outside the village which will focus on training Chūunin level and above ninjas.,"
"After all, even if we strengthen ourselves, the world would need to fend for itself in the future, for example, say an invasion by one of the other branch members of the Ōtsutsuki" Shikaku said.
"True…" Tsunade nodded.
"Hokage-dono!"
"My village will fully support you on this project in any way we can," Rasa said.
"Thanks for your offer, Kazekage-dono," Hiruzen smiled.
Shikaku turned towards Naruto.
"You can communicate to other perfect tailed beast users right?" Shikaku asked.
"Yes!" Naruto nodded.
"In this time period, there are only two aside from you, who have mastered the control,"
"The Fourth Mizukage and Killer Bee"
"Why don't you see if we can do anything by talking to them?"Shikaku asked.
Naruto nodded following which he closed his eyes.
("Kurama!") Naruto called out.
("Are we able to access that plane?") Naruto asked.
("Wait!") Kurama said following which the dark dimension turned into an Orange one.
(Whoosh!)
The tails on the two beasts in front of Naruto swayed left and right.
Naruto saw the three tails on the right with Yagura on top of it and to the Left was…
