"Orochimaru-sama is done for..." Kabuto murmured in defeat.
Orochimaru felt shivers down his spine for the very first time in his life as he saw all the four kages united against him along with the Kazekage, his former teammates and especially Naruto.
"This is too interesting…" Enma grinned as he continued to look at the scene unfold itself.
"Jiraiya boy, is that the supposed child of prophecy that you were talking about?" Lord Fukasaku asked as he stared at Naruto.
"Mm!" Jiraiya nodded slowly as he watched Naruto helplessly from the sidelines, accomplish the one task that he had spent decades trying to do…
To stop Orochimaru.
Tsunade was too stunned to speak, while she also wanted to see how Orochimaru would react.
"Should we remove the barrier?" Kidōmaru asked Sakon.
Meanwhile, Sakon was also worried,
("Even if we were to remove the barrier, it does not mean that Orochimaru-sama can escape successfully.")
("To think that the tables would flip around at such a critical moment, just who in the world is that kid in the glowing orange jumpsuit?") Sakon thought as he looked towards Naruto.
Meanwhile,
("Wow, that Naruto sure is powerful.")
("To think that a goofball like him could come up with such a cunning move…")
("Even I doubt if I could think so well in that kind of a pressure…") Shikamaru thought.
"Haha!"
"GO NARUTO!!!!!" Sakura cheered from the sidelines.
(Whoosh!) Kakashi and Gai appeared next to Kabuto.
"We know that you are not an agent, so why don't you cut to the chase and reveal who you are…"
"Or should I say…"
"Kabuto," Kakashi revealed his identity.
"As expected, your Sharingan catches onto things pretty quickly," Kabuto said.
"Actually, I didn't need to use my Sharingan to see through that load of crap," Kakashi said.
"Better Give up now, Kabuto!" Gai said.
Kabuto clenched his fists tightly.
Back on the battlefield…
"HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!" Hashirama started to laugh out loud.
Tobirama was, however, completely and utterly pissed.
("I may have played along for that dialogue, but I wouldn't dare laugh about it like my older brother…") Tobirama thought as he walked towards Hashirama.
*Whack!*
"Quit, laughing and take this seriously!" Tobirama said as he whacked Hashirama right on his head.
"Ah!"
"Sorry, I just couldn't help it." Hashirama apologized.
"BUUHAHAHHAAAAHA!!!" Naruto started to laugh out crazily, which was followed by silence from everyone…
"…" Tobirama stared silently at Naruto.
He did not prevent Naruto from laughing since Naruto played a pivotal role in flipping the tables over at the last moment.
"P-Please…"
"Forgive my son's behavior…" Minato spoke in an awkward voice.
Tobirama signaled with his hands, indicating that he thought nothing of it.
"OROCHIMARU!" Hiruzen stepped out.
"What is it…..Sarutobi-sensei…?" Orochimaru asked in a low voice.
"You still dare to have the gall to call me your sensei?" Hiruzen asked.
(Whoosh!)
A massive pressure evolved around Orochimaru as it fell onto him, forcing him to kneel.
"I give up!" Orochimaru shouted.
(Whoosh!)
The entire pressure got retracted back as though it was nothing.
"You are lucky to even breathe in front of me you low-life."
"Though, I must commend you for completing my technique," Tobirama said.
"Thank you."
"It's indeed refreshing to hear a compliment from a man of your stature, Lord Second!" Orochimaru bowed a bit.
Tobirama walked up to Orochimaru and placed a seal on Orochimaru's back, which completely immobilized Orochimaru.
Orochimaru however, showed no reactions.
"You don't deserve to live!" Hiruzen announced as he walked towards Orochimaru with a kunai in his hand.
Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Tobirama, in particular, were stunned.
Never had they seen Hiruzen so angry before.
(Whoosh!)
Tobirama appeared before Hiruzen.
"Please, step aside sensei!"
"I have to atone for bringing up such a terrible student," Hiruzen said.
*Sound of footsteps*
"Naruto…" the others stared at him walk towards Orochimaru.
Naruto stopped in front of Orochimaru.
"Naruto!" Orochimaru growled.
It was all due to this kid that the plans he made carefully were thrown down the drain.
"Orochimaru!" Naruto called out.
"…" Orochimaru stared in silence…
*Ugh!* Kimimaro coughed out blood.
("I'm sorry Jūgo for not looking after you…") Kimimaro thought following which he looked at Sasuke.
"Uchiha…"
"Sas..uk..e"
"Mm!" Sasuke responded.
"Please take care…"
"of my…."
"little brother…" Kimimaro managed to say before he fell down to the floor lifelessly.
"Kimimaro!!!!!!" Jūgo ran towards Kimimaro.
Gaara did not chase after Jūgo.
He instead wanted to use this opportunity to gain an understanding of this kind of human emotion too, after all a few years ago…
Gaara also lost self-control like Jūgo after seeing Yashamaru being killed by his own ability.
However, unlike the previous time, Jūgo would not have to face those excruciating words like Gaara before Yashamaru's death.

Jūgo slid a few meters as he approached Kimimaro in haste.
Sasuke however, had complex emotions regarding the situation as well.
Especially after seeing his previous self in Jūgo, except that Jūgo unlike him had a good relation with Kimimaro even before his death.
Jūgo hugged the lifeless Kimimaro tightly to his chest.
"Why…?" Jūgo stared at Sasuke with hatred.
Sasuke was again brought back to the past with the same question he had asked his brother upon seeing his parent's lifeless bodies beside Itachi on the floor.
("Did, Itachi ever feel the same way back then?")
("After killing everyone that day?") Sasuke thought.
However, no matter how much he tried, he could not pair his brother's face with that of an innocent killer, after all, it was a genocide, unlike murder in self-defense.
("What am I to do now…?") Sasuke thought back to Kimimaro's words before his death.
Jūgo held Kimimaro tenderly to his body.
Sasuke felt a sense of duty after seeing Jūgo in his current position.
("Naruto got the permission for that girl to stay in this village…")
("Maybe, I can do that as well…") Sasuke thought as he approached Jūgo.
"J-Jūgo," Sasuke tried to pronounce Jūgo's name as he walked closer to the duo.
("Huh…?") Jūgo looked at Sasuke in a weird manner.
"Jūgo… is your name right?" Sasuke asked with a bit of hesitation.
"…" Jūgo stared silently at Sasuke.

After Orochimaru withdrew from the battle in the wind nation upon Akatsuki's appearance, he sent Kimimaro with a message to his hidden Sound village for all the sound five and two hundred elite Chuunins to gather in front of the Hidden Leaf village in two days.
Kimimaro had come to visit Jūgo in his cell.
"Elder Brother…" Jūgo looked at Kimimaro.
"Jūgo, Orochimaru-sama has requested for our help in an upcoming battle."
"He's also expecting you to help out," Kimimaro said.
"Me?" Jūgo stared at Kimimaro.
"Mm!" Kimimaro nodded.
Jūgo then left his cell along with Kimimaro.
The duo continued to walk down the hallways until…

Kimimaro spat out some blood onto his hand.
"Why are you being sent out while you're sick?"
"It wasn't this worse, before…" Jūgo said.
"Uchiha Sasuke" Kimimaro uttered.
"huh…?" Jūgo stared at Kimimaro.
"He's the one that will succeed me as Orochimaru-sama's vessel."
"The mission this time is to attack the village while also bringing him back," Kimimaro said.
"Is he worth all this trouble though?" Jūgo asked.
"…"
"Today, when Orochimaru-sama and Kabuto-sama brought me along for a mission, I met him," Kimimaro said.
"What?" Jūgo was stunned.
"Yes,"
"We both fought against each other."
"He's truly the best vessel that even Orochimaru-sama longs in his dreams for…" Kimimaro murmured.
"Elder-brother…" Jūgo murmured.
"If I'm no longer fit to become a vessel, then he is the only one…"
"Think of him as my reincarnation," Kimimaro said as he continued to walk down the hallway.

"I'm not going to kill you," Sasuke said in a calm voice.
Jūgo wanted to stop as well, but after seeing his best friend, his elder brother like figure being taken down by Sasuke, he couldn't bear to accept it silently.
For what did Kimimaro sacrifice his life for…
Jūgo thought, following which…
(Boom!)
Jūgo launched in full speed with a boost from his chakra on his back.
Sasuke frowned.
"Will you be able to control this anger of mine?" Jūgo asked as he sent a fist strike.
(Whoosh!)
Sasuke slipped past the attack like a snake.
"I will flare up like this anytime, yet Kimimaro would step in to control me." Jūgo said as he ran towards Sasuke again.
Sasuke glared at Jūgo, following which Jūgo was petrified.
"Calm down, Jūgo," Sasuke said, meanwhile Jūgo felt shivers down his spine upon seeing the scary yellow eyes of Sasuke's when combined with the piercing gaze of the Sharingan.
"I'll tell you once again; I am not going to fight you," Sasuke said.
Jūgo finally calmed down, while simultaneously undoing his half man-beast form.
*Sh!*
Jūgo shrunk back into his young form.
*Sound of footsteps.*
Sasuke walked towards Jūgo and placed his hand on jūgo's shoulder.
"From now on, I shall be your cell," Sasuke said.
Jūgo was instantly reminded of the time Kimimaro had said those same words when he first saw him back at Orochimaru's hideout.
Tears slowly trickled down the side of Jūgo's eyes as he hugged Sasuke and cried in his embrace.
Sasuke was stunned; however, he also followed through and hugged Jūgo a bit closer, following which Jūgo wailed loudly as he shed his tears for Kimimaro.
