Huozhu Chi and Linglong Xue both circulated their vital essence to form a protective veil, shielding themselves from the two different, but equally destructive powers .
The other self-cultivators, however, were thrown back as they all cried in pain . Some of their bones began to crack, and their bodies began to bleed heavily .
Qingfeng Li and Jun Po's energies were too strong – it was a competition between light and darkness .

Of course, the Great Bronze Palace wasn't destroyed; it was the main grave of the Sun Monarch and would not fall so easily .
However, the two powers were so strong that they broke a hole in the Great Bronze Palace . Energy of treasures, including elixirs, armors, and weapons exuded out .
Huozhu Chi and Linglong Xue looked at each other with delight; then, they transformed into sharp arrows, shooting themselves right into the hall in an attempt to take all the treasures for themselves .

There were other level 8 Monarch-realm treasures deep within the palace; even the Demon and Devil Monarchs were fighting for them .
The entire hall was filled with noises of fighting – it was hard to imagine that not too long ago, the self-cultivators were so friendly towards each other . Now, they were willing to slaughter one another to obtain monarch-Level elixirs, treasures, and techniques .
Soon, some self-cultivators died, while others were seriously injured . Blood spurted out of them, dying the entire hall red .

The smell of blood lingered within the hall, making others nauseous .
